Adam was super helpful, courteous and clean. Luckily I caught him the night before he was going to be in my area. I had a local company come and do a cleaning and estimate and they basically took my money and ran and wouldn't respond to my emails about doing the work that needed to be done (which they told me was just installing a damper and cap). Adam was super communicative and came over to see if he could do the work. He was careful to wear PPE and conscientious about not getting the house dirty, wearing boot covers, etc. Unfortunately, unbeknownst to me, the entire chimney is cracking in half at the top above the roof line and structurally isn't sound and so I need to have a mason come out and fix it before any of the other work can be done. The first company didn't even bother to tell me even though they went up on the roof and it was blatantly obvious, even to a layperson (I've just never been up on my roof)! Adam explained the cap and damper wouldn't even work with the chimney in its current state. Adam seemed really knowledgable and honest. Though I need masonry work right now before I can get to other repairs, I will call on Adam for my future chimney cleaning and repair needs. read more

I had just moved to my new home and was told the chimney had not been used in a long time. Fortunately I did not need any significant work done, but Adam came out, set me up with a plan for how to best maintain the fireplace/chimney and he even helped put a grate on the exhaust of my pellet stove. Super nice and conscientious. They were wonderfully responsive, replying to my inquiry and setting up an inspection for the next day. They even did the research the night before to make sure they knew exactly how to get to our place and where to park. (It is *not* easy.) The inspection cost $80, but they had to travel a good distance to get here, so that is reasonable. They seem newish and thus eager to make customers happy. They responded very quickly and fixed a minor issue with a form I needed for insurance. PS - I appreciate that they took Covid-19 precautions seriously. read more

When Adam arrived, he was on time within the one hour window he gave us.
