Fair pricing and they don't waste your time to get an extra buck. Last Spring, they helped us move into our apartment. We were driving to AZ from another state and at around 3AM with 3 hours of driving left, we realized we were really going to need help to unload our U-Haul truck in about 9 hours. The guys met us at our apartment and unloaded our truck in the heat quick! We couldn't have done it without them, especially with the stairs! Today, Tyler and Todd helped us move some items from our self-storage. They must us with their truck, loaded, and drove to our house to unload. Friendly guys and handled our items with care. During the booking process, I provided Emmy with a complete inventory of our home. Based on that information, we were quoted three movers for approximately four hours at $205/hour, with disassembly and reassembly included. We booked based on that estimate. The crew arrived at 6:32 a.m., and while the move started smoothly, the pace slowed significantly after the first hour. There were repeated periods where multiple crew members appeared to spend extended amounts of time at the truck before returning to move only one item at a time. I can provide Ring camera footage documenting this if needed. Ricky was hardworking and moved the majority of our belongings, while Jeremy appeared to spend much of the time standing around the truck. To help move things along, my husband and I disassembled both of our sons' cribs ourselves, moved a substantial amount of our belongings into the garage, and relocated nearly all of our backyard items to the front yard. Despite this, loading ultimately took nearly eight hours, compared to the approximately four hours we were quoted. We were also told at the end of the move that our full-value protection coverage, which cost over $450, required additional wrapping time. We purchased this coverage believing it protected our belongings against damage; we were not made aware that it could substantially increase labor time. Had that been explained beforehand, we likely would not have purchased it. The significant difference between the quoted timeframe and actual labor time resulted in a much higher cost than we reasonably anticipated based on the inventory we provided. For the unload, I specifically requested a different crew after communicating my concerns to Emmy. While two new crew members were extremely pleasant, professional, and efficient, the same lead, Chris, was assigned again. His demeanor on day two felt noticeably different after our feedback was passed along. The other crew members were respectful and consistently asked where items should be placed. Chris, however, largely ignored my direction and placed items in only one living area, leaving us to move things ourselves afterward. On day one, Chris spoke with me while closing out the service and reviewing the invoice. On day two, he remained outside and had another crew member handle the closing process. He did not say goodbye or make any effort to leave the experience on a positive note. I also want to mention the review incentive. On day one, Chris told me we could receive a discount in exchange for leaving a review. I declined at the time because I was frustrated with the experience and we were already running significantly behind schedule due to the extended move. He said we could do it on day two. However, because he did not speak with me on day two, the review/discount was never discussed again. Overall, this was a disappointing and much more expensive experience than we anticipated. My biggest concern is the large discrepancy between the estimate and actual labor time, particularly after we provided a detailed inventory and took additional steps ourselves to help the crew move efficiently. I strongly recommend getting a detailed written estimate and asking specifically how protection coverage, wrapping, and labor time will affect your final cost before booking. I also recommend researching recent reviews carefully rather than relying solely on the positive reviews, as the company's review incentives may contribute to the overall picture.

The Little Moves crew that came out today was spectacular beyond belief. I am a serious amateur…read morephotographer and for the past 12 years I have had an industrial size Epson printer in my second floor condominium in Fountain Hills. The printer itself (excluding the stand) is about 3 feet tall and roughly 7 feet wide so it is ungainly at best. It' weighs 218 pounds according to Epson. I needed it moved out of the condominium and down a flight of stairs into a U-Haul truck. This was a very challenging job, and the two men in the crew took it in three stages. Going down the stairs was obviously the most challenging, and I could see in their faces signs of visible strain and perhaps even pain. Sometimes the strain seemed 7 to 8 on a scale of 10. When they got to the bottom of the steps they took a well-deserved break before going across the parking lot to the U-Haul truck. I have to say that this is one of the finest examples of going above and beyond and doing a very difficult job to utter perfection. Their professionalism showed through, and I feel compelled to let everybody know that. I did tip them generously and you should too! The owner Tania has an awesome company and a knack for selecting incredible employees. I used them before to move an ungainly and heavy potted cactus from one condominium to another many years ago and I remember they did a fantastic job and then as well.
