I went back again and the front person did not know why I was there or what I was talking about. They called me back and scheduled a time for me to come back the third time to confirm my glass choice. When I got my shower installed we got the wrong shower handle installed, when I called back to resolve this issue they blamed the error on my husband and I told him that that wasn't the case since I'm the one who picked it out at their showroom. I ended up getting yelled at, which I am still shocked at. They ended up replacing my handle for a $200.00 charge. The glass turned out beautiful and we are happy with it but their service and communication can defiantly be improved.

In a world where too many contractors disappear the moment a project is done, B-Line truly stands apart. They honored their warranty without hesitation, responded immediately, communicated clearly, and had the repair completed in no time. They covered 100% of the costs--materials and labor--which was above and beyond what I expected. They could have easily pushed it off or charged me something, but instead, they stood by their work and their word. Bryan and his team were not only knowledgeable and efficient in identifying the issue, but they also showed the same care and professionalism they did when they originally finished our basement. The original basement project was done beautifully, with top-notch craftsmanship and a great crew that was a pleasure to have around the house. Even my kids loved them! It's rare to find a team so trustworthy, responsive, and committed to quality. I'd recommend B-Line and Bryan without hesitation to anyone looking for a contractor who actually shows up, does excellent work, and stands by it.

Our realtor recommended Lon L'Heureux to us. Lon did a tremendous job for us. He had floors put in on several rooms, worked framing out the new bedroom and some remodeling in another bedroom, and oversaw electrical, plumbing, painting and tiling work. His team was excellent. While the work took time due to the availability of some construction materials, as soon as they were available he had his team doing installations within a few days. Also, his team cleaned up nicely once the work was completed. It was clear to me from the beginning that Lon has lots of experience. He asked the right questions, made several excellent suggestions, and made all the changes we requested. We always knew in advance when one of his team was due to come out to do work. He charged very fair prices. We strongly recommend his services.
