His bond will not cover any work done on Manufactured or mobile homes. He also lied in court. Fortunately the judge saw right through his lies.

I did not use a mat or soft wheel casters for my office chair, and so damaged laminate in one of my rooms, but even this took 8 years. I…read morecalled and scheduled a free estimate for my project and explained it would be a two phase project starting with 4 bedrooms, hallway and staircase with two landings; and once completed, we can discuss the two living rooms, den and kitchen. They sent a estimator/warehouse manager to conduct the measurements, by the name of Braedon Buchanan. After he was completed taking the measurements (roughly 15 minutes), I was shown only three samples there weren't even close to the color I was seeking. I was informed by Braedon that it would take TWO days to draw up an estimate and we can discuss hardwood/baseboard coloring and type. It was been A MONTH now with no call backs, emails, or even we don't want your business. Based on these results that WERE NOT provided by the company or the estimator, I decided to allocate the $21k for my flooring replacement/project to a full window replacements for the entire property instead. Poor way to do business.

We just had our new plank flooring installed, and we are absolutely blown away by how beautiful it turned out. The three gentlemen who came to do the installation were incredibly impressive. They were polite, professional, clean, respectful of our home, and their attention to detail was outstanding. They worked hard, took pride in what they were doing, and left everything looking amazing when they were finished. The workmanship is excellent, and the finished floor completely transformed the room. We honestly couldn't have asked for a better installation crew. A huge thank you to Expert Flooring Solutions and especially to the three installers who worked on our home. You guys did an outstanding job, and we truly appreciate all of your hard work. We would absolutely recommend Expert Flooring Solutions to anyone looking for beautiful flooring and excellent service. Five stars all the way! (LUX floor tile and color is called SAVANNAH) We also had our children's bedrooms re-carpeted with the pink and blue colors they both chose. It could not have come out better. The same goes for our stairs. They look stunning. The gentleman who did all three of our carpeted areas was just as thorough, clean, respectful, and just an outstanding job thank you hector.

The previous owners were smokers, so the old carpet was gross!! Six months later, and the carpet is still great! No lifting, no random tacks coming through. Professional job for sure! So now it was time for new LVP in the rest of the house. Of course we called Beno's! We looked for the right color for about 4 months at other stores, thinking they had a bigger selection, but nothing was quite right. I went to the Beno's showroom with a sample of something "kinda" like what I wanted. They showed me a sample, and I said "YES...that's the color!!" And it was 80 cents per square foot cheaper than other places! The following Tuesday they came out to measure. We got the quote Tuesday afternoon. We paid the deposit Wednesday. They started the install on Thursday. We are so very happy with every aspect of dealing with Beno's. Great communication, great product selection, great pricing, and fantastic installers.

That's not why you should hire Mike & Mike...well not the only reason, because their work is top notch. The biggest reason you should hire them (and I absolutely acknowledge I'm an old man yelling "get off my lawn!" here) is "honesty and integrity." These guys come from the old school of standing by your work and letting it speak for itself. My wife really wanted a fridge with an ice maker but the house we moved into didn't have a water line for that. I was trying to get an idea of what it would cost to have one installed so we could decide whether it was within our budget so we could pick a fridge and move forward with our lives. You would seriously not believe how hard that was. I made it abundantly clear to everyone I talked to that I knew they couldn't give me a binding estimate without actually seeing the project, and I begged for just a guess at a range...would this be somewhere between $200 - $2,000, am I looking at more like $10,000? Am I going to need another mortgage for this? I talked to probably 20 different handymen. 19 of them pretended they had no idea what it might cost and wouldn't even give a ballpark or a range without sending someone into my home so they could use their high-pressure sales tactics to make sure they got my business. They had either never done a job like this before, in which case I didn't want them, or they were lying to me, in which case I also didn't want them. Mike and Mike were the exact opposite. I asked what they expected it would cost, and they made their best guess and gave me a range of the top and bottom end based on really hard or really easy jobs. They were super flexible and easy to work with, and when the job was done they came in at the very bottom end of what they had estimated. They were on time, quick, super respectful, and my wife is smiling ear-to-ear. So yeah, there's plenty of handymen you could hire who will probably do a great job. These two are the only ones I know of who will do that AND be good humans at the same time. Thank you so much, Mikes!
