So we needed a licensed Electrician to get a job done, Looking at reviews I contacted this company and one other, Integrity contacted me back the same day and continued with me until we got our quote, did the work and completed the task. That other company still hasn't even contacted me back over 3 weeks later. Fast and courteous, willing to work around obstacles like big dog and such. Left no messes, work was clean and very aesthetically pleasing as well. Asked for certain rectangular receptacles to go with the ones we were putting in elsewhere and that was no problem. Updated our panel, new line into the house, and rewired one room specifically for our computers, the price was fair and far less than quoted by some of the "big names" in installation we got quoted for a smaller panel during the home show. I asked Greg to complete what for him were basic repairs and upgrades, but which were well above my limited skill-set. A friendly guy and straight-shooter, Greg brought his son Luke along to help out, so I had the pleasure of meeting both father and son. Everything I asked to be done was completed satisfactorily and for a reasonable fee. In general, I find it's hard to find people to be in your home you can trust. I tend to go on my gut instincts about people, and so far I've had some lucky finds. Integrity Electric and it's owner, Greg, is one of my good finds and has done some awesome work in my home in Clarence. The house we bought in Clarence is only a few years old but oddly most of the upstairs bedrooms had no lights installed. It was annoying to say the least. I called around to a few electricians to get price quotes and most of them gave me a number on the phone. A lot of the numbers just seemed high to me and most of the businesses said they were scheduling many weeks out. When I contacted Greg, I got lucky because he was available faster than the others and his price was more in-line with what I thought was reasonable. His cost was about 1/4th less than other quotes I had. Greg works CLEAN. He's a rare contractor who respects the house and cleans up after himself. I always appreciate when contractors do that. He was able to come and install ceiling lights in three of our upstairs bedrooms that needed them. He was also going to install a new chandelier for me in the dining room, but unfortunately the one I had bought was broken and I needed to send it back for a replacement. So Greg had to come back a few weeks later to do that job for me. Greg was easy to schedule with, when my replacement chandelier came I just emailed him and we arranged a time. He even came out on a Saturday to do the job for me because he was swamped with work but wanted to fit me in before the holidays. That was very nice of him, he seems like the kind of guy who takes care of his repeat customers. The chandelier was a pain in the ass one with tons of crystals to hang but Greg never breathed a word of complaint. He even fixed a kitchen light for me while he was there that was acting up. He's just a really nice guy who comes and does the job well, cleans up after himself and doesn't overcharge for his work. Overall very happy with Integrity Electric and the work Greg did for us. I don't like leaving bad reviews, but I felt it was warranted in this case. We're looking to upgrade our panel from a 100amp service to 200amps and add a couple of circuits for car chargers. I contacted 4 electricians and they all came out to do an estimate (well, I contacted 5, but one of them wanted $80 just to give me an estimate). Greg came out and we went over what needed to be done and he said that he'd have an estimate for me that night. The night came and went, no estimate. I didn't bother him the day after; just thought he was busy and would get me the estimate. Texted him the next day to let him know that I haven't received it, called and left a message the day after that. He never responded. I get that he may to busy to take on the job or that he just might not want to do it. I don't know, maybe he didn't like me or maybe our basement was too messy, either way, it's very unprofessional to just ghost me. If you don't want the job, tell the customer that and let them move on. He seems like a nice guy, seemed to understand exactly what I needed; just never said a word to me after he left the house. read more

Good luck getting him out to your house. My fiancée and I work from home alternate days and are almost always available. He cancelled on me on our first appointment and I've now offered him to tell me when he's available so I can accommodate him and I get no response. I'm sure he does good work, but if you can't meet demand then you need to hire more people or at least book further out so people can use your service. Too bad it didn't work out. Update to correct myself Greg is accurate I did cancel first, then he, and we were unable to find a time after that. I respect him for standing up for his business and ethics, but I just cannot wait 3+ weeks for a maybe I'll be there estimate. Would have happily paid for an appointment had that option been made available. I'll add a star back since I was hasty in my review and I was not aware he was a one man operation. Greg recently installed a used light fixture in our house, and the entire experience was excellent. In terms of customer service, he was easy to communicate with, arrived on time, and was friendly and courteous throughout. It turned out that there was no ceiling box with the old fixture, but Greg had one on his truck and made it fit with the new (vintage) fixture. He also took the time to look at, and fix, some other electrical problems that I hadn't even mentioned during our original communications. Greg's prices are fair, and his pricing is transparent. I've already asked him to come back and replace a malfunctioning dimmer switch, and we'll be relying on Greg for all electrical work for the foreseeable future! read more

I responded with a text explaining the situation and a photo. A week has now gone by and no response.
