Came in, gave it 2 looks, said he had to go back and get some supplies, and came back and banged it out - whole thing took maybe an hour. I didn't really care too much about cost at that point because my son was home from the hospital so the nursery was out of commission for the first day he was home but it was super reasonable to get fixed. Like to the point where i should have just called them to hang it originally. Plus there's some peace of mind from having a pro do it. I had 2 outside electrical outlets to replace, he installed both of them in less than an hour, and he didn't even need the power off to do his work! And He charged me less than what he quoted. You don't see this anywhere else! Only concern that I had was that when I called him about some details to get to my property on the day he was coming over, his phone mailbox was full and I could not leave a message. But he saw that I called, and called back 5 minutes later. A great experience. Would use him again.

So he tells me he needs more money to finish the job because it was more than he thought. When they come back the following day, I asked him to show me what was more than he thought. He freaks out storms out the house leaving some of his tools lol. Later texts me threats that I should be careful. I still have his tools they work great. Thanks Eric. You going to threaten the wrong guy and they going to go on the offensive one of these days. The next electrician, I hired new Eric, and he said that he used to bully people at another company he worked at and then he was a hot head. That other company still hasn't even contacted me back over 3 weeks later. Fast and courteous, willing to work around obstacles like big dog and such. Left no messes, work was clean and very aesthetically pleasing as well. Asked for certain rectangular receptacles to go with the ones we were putting in elsewhere and that was no problem. Updated our panel, new line into the house, and rewired one room specifically for our computers, the price was fair and far less than quoted by some of the "big names" in installation we got quoted for a smaller panel during the home show.
