Maybe we should stop asking why real food is so expensive and start asking "why processed food is so cheap." My favorite flavor is the Mayan Heat (though I love the lavendar, and rose, and orange, and Irish Mint, and...!), and I love to let the chocolate sit at room temperature for maybe 20 minutes before I enjoy it. Silkiest, smoothest, deepest chocolate flavor without a hint of bitterness; pure true complementary flavors (like the cayenne or mint or flower flavors I mention above), and I always feel great after eating them (not like "normal" highly processed sweets). These are a treat both in enjoying them, AND in getting to feel good (during and) after enjoying them! I love all the many flavors, and seasonal variations, the high quality organic ingredients, and that this is a business run by someone who brings true integrity to her process, sales, and everything she does. I am usually really picky about my chocolate.... I'm also a health nut and watch for sugar and avoid ingredients I can't pronounce in foods. These chocolates are INCREDIBLE! I don't feel guilty or gross after eating them because they are all natural, organic, and vegan. I also don't have to worry about lactose intolerance itch these!! I tried this (and bought a box because it was soooooo good) at the WEV Exposition in Santa Barbara. It is hard to believe something so healthy can be so indulgent. The chocolates are amazing, rich and smooth and velvety and delicious - I ended up purchasing Mayan Heat (spicy), Orange (v. good -- has crystallized orange peel in it) lavender and rose. Each square is super rich, so it's a great thing to share after dinner as a romantic desert. I am definitely going to be a repeat customer. read more

I was diagnosed with stage 3 ovarian cancer last oct 2017 and immediately began working with a nutritionist and integrative doctor. I was put on a very strict keto diet with no sugar! This chocolate (the cbd cacao!) was my silver lining to my days! A ray of sunshine throughout the darkness of treatment.
