Gelato will always be a yes! You'll want to sample every single flavor before choosing. And then you'll want to choose a different flavor or three to take home for later. Service was excellent and helpful. The prices were more than you'd hope, but match the area and it is quality gelato. We will be back when in the area. Cute shop with plenty of seating to sit and enjoy your treat.

Beautiful clean shop. Kind efficient employee. Delicious fresh gelato. My favorite was the Giandujotto and Tiramisu. The torta paradiso did not impress me much just tasted vanilla. Would strongly recommend coating your cups/cones with nuts. The texture is great. One vegan option, some fruity flavors, and one yogurt option. Next door to Neighborly and Paul Martinis. One restroom available. Tad pricey. Better than Tifa.

Brandon was Kind, he explained the flavors and gave us taste test spoons. The store is clean with nice smooth Jazz playing. The ice cream is made every day so it's extremely Fresh. This is my first time coming here and I will definitely be back when I'm in the area.

Super cute shop with lots of option. I had the affogato and it was good. I had one from a different store the day before that was amazing so this one was just a bit below that one but it was still very tasty. The staff were amazing and helpful. They are in a shopping plaza so lots of parking but they do get full because of all the other shops so you might drive a bit to find a good spot. Would definitely be back to try some other flavors.

Very attractive store serving rich and creamy gelato. They allow a person to try as many flavors as one wants. I tried and ended up ordering the salted caramel (really good), s'mores with biscotti cookies (amaaaaaaazing), and strawberry cheesecake, which was also really good. The s'mores, though, was next level delicious. The marshmallow was soft and fresh, the chocolate layer had a soft crunch but immediately melted in my mouth, and the biscotti cookies offered a wonderful change of pace to the traditional graham cracker flavor. Absolutely delicious. As for the salted caramel, it had the perfect balance of salty and sweet, and it did NOT have any bitter aftertaste (as I find many of them do). The strawberry cheesecake had big chunks of strawberry, and it tasted just like cheesecake. The portions were really large, and in fact, I couldn't finish it. I can't wait to return, so I can try new flavors. Thing is, if I know myself, I'll probably just get the same flavors I had this time cuz I'm such a creature of habit... that, and the fact that those flavors were sooooo yummy.

The ice cream here is soooooo good. We were in Moorpark and after having dinner wanted dessert. The creamery in Moorpark had no ice cream, only soft serve so we drove to Bacio. Service was great . We got to taste as many flavors as we wanted. I choose the sweet cream in a pistachio dipped cone. It was the best. There was a line but it moved fast ! I love the look of this shop. Clean and pretty!

For years I thought I'd never find good gelato in the US. My travels around Italy ruined me, they had proper gelato on every corner and I have yet to find any here. This place finally brought the taste of Italy to the US and perfected it. This is by far the best gelato I've ever had. Every flavor I tried better than the last. I finally had to narrow it down to 3, and still can't decide which is my favorite although I'm leaning toward the coffee and caramel. The maple cashew brittle was a close second. I can't wait to come back for an affogato. Update: an hour later, I came back and had the strawberry cheesecake and 3 chocolates gelato. That's how good this place is. That's this critic's review, until next time, I'll be eating.

I've visited Bacio di Latte twice now, and both experiences have been outstanding. The customer service is excellent. Everyone is friendly, welcoming, and genuinely enthusiastic about their products. The ambiance is just as enjoyable as the gelato. The shop is clean, bright, and inviting, making it a great place to relax and enjoy a treat. The atmosphere feels warm and welcoming, which adds to the overall experience. Every gelato flavor I've tried has been delicious, but what really impressed me was their vegan gelato. It is absolutely incredible. Unlike many vegan ice creams and gelatos that can have a noticeable aftertaste, Bacio di Latte's vegan options are rich, creamy, and full of flavor without any of the usual drawbacks. If I hadn't known it was vegan, I never would have guessed. Whether you're dairy free or not, I highly recommend giving their vegan gelato a try. Bacio di Latte has quickly become one of my favorite dessert spots, and I'll definitely be back.

My husband and I came here on a Saturday evening after dinner, and this place did not disappoint! You had the best gelato that we have ever tasted, we cannot wait to come here again! The service was fantastic, with people offering for us to try samples - and there was a little line but it moved quickly! There was plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, and the entire gelato shop was incredibly decorated and chic!!!

Absolutely amazing gelato! The service was incredibly friendly and attentive from Jules, and it made the whole experience even better. The flavors were outstanding. Rich, fresh, and truly delicious. You can taste the quality in every scoop. Prices aren't the cheapest, but the quality is honestly above expectations and totally worth it. Everything here feels premium and on a very high level. Highly recommended!

I know these places have been popping up everywhere, but in my experience it's not without just cause. The gelato here is SOOO good and they have some great dairy free options as well. Super cute vibe, like a country Italian kitchen and the ingredients are all real food not filler and junk, and you can definitely tell. No weird aftertaste in the sorbet like some places. So far I have been to 3 locations, yes I have a problem, leave me alone. And every place I have been to the staff have been incredible, generous, kind, and seem very happy to work there. The friendly staff is noticeable and very much adds to the overall experience. One thing to note, not all locations have the same flavors so if you're not willing to explore it's worth a quick call to see if they have your favorite on hand that day :).

OMG I ALMOST FAINTED!!!! W the delish ness here felt like I was in a European gelato store, they def nailed the vibes and they offer a pistachio cream to layer your cup before even getting started w the gelato lol this was a great experience Staff is kind and helpful and there are so many flavor options Overall 10/10 w a cool euro beautiful vibe

Far and away my favorite gelato in town! Spot is bright and open with a few spots for seating. Every time I've come in, servers have been happy to give as many tasters as I'd like and provide recommendations. Every flavor I've tried is divine, but favorites are peanut butter caramel chocolate and buttercream pretzel. Truly a must try!

Overall? Why travel for European flavors when you can just come here and save yourself the jet lag?…read moreThis place was fantastic. It's tucked away in an unassuming corner with a relaxed outdoor seating area next to a fountain that somehow makes the whole experience feel even better. The flavor lineup balanced classics with more creative combinations, and honestly, everything looked like a home run. Service was good and the gelato itself absolutely delivered Parking? Lot I had: Blackberry Mascarpone (5/5): This was killer. The blackberry brought a deep, jammy sweetness while the mascarpone added this rich, fatty creaminess that rounded everything out beautifully. It tasted layered and balanced instead of just sweet for the sake of being sweet. The kind of flavor that makes you immediately start debating whether getting another scoop is irresponsible or completely justified The Elvis (5/5): Elvis knew what he was doing. Banana, chocolate, and peanut butter sounds like it could go off the rails fast, but this combo absolutely worked. The banana actually tasted real instead of artificial candy flavoring, which immediately elevated the whole thing. Rich, nostalgic, slightly over the top in the best possible way. A genuinely great gelato flavor

Carrara's presents it beautifully on a stone tray, with a proper espresso cup and a transparent glass so you can actually see the layers of gelato and espresso.
