Super cute shop with lots of option. I had the affogato and it was good. I had one from a different store the day before that was amazing so this one was just a bit below that one but it was still very tasty. The staff were amazing and helpful. They are in a shopping plaza so lots of parking but they do get full because of all the other shops so you might drive a bit to find a good spot. Would definitely be back to try some other flavors.

Beautiful clean shop. Kind efficient employee. Delicious fresh gelato. My favorite was the Giandujotto and Tiramisu. The torta paradiso did not impress me much just tasted vanilla. Would strongly recommend coating your cups/cones with nuts. The texture is great. One vegan option, some fruity flavors, and one yogurt option. Next door to Neighborly and Paul Martinis. One restroom available. Tad pricey. Better than Tifa.

Very attractive store serving rich and creamy gelato. They allow a person to try as many flavors as one wants. I tried and ended up ordering the salted caramel (really good), s'mores with biscotti cookies (amaaaaaaazing), and strawberry cheesecake, which was also really good. The s'mores, though, was next level delicious. The marshmallow was soft and fresh, the chocolate layer had a soft crunch but immediately melted in my mouth, and the biscotti cookies offered a wonderful change of pace to the traditional graham cracker flavor. Absolutely delicious. As for the salted caramel, it had the perfect balance of salty and sweet, and it did NOT have any bitter aftertaste (as I find many of them do). The strawberry cheesecake had big chunks of strawberry, and it tasted just like cheesecake. The portions were really large, and in fact, I couldn't finish it. I can't wait to return, so I can try new flavors. Thing is, if I know myself, I'll probably just get the same flavors I had this time cuz I'm such a creature of habit... that, and the fact that those flavors were sooooo yummy.

My husband and I came here on a Saturday evening after dinner, and this place did not disappoint! You had the best gelato that we have ever tasted, we cannot wait to come here again! The service was fantastic, with people offering for us to try samples - and there was a little line but it moved quickly! There was plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, and the entire gelato shop was incredibly decorated and chic!!!

The ice cream here is soooooo good. We were in Moorpark and after having dinner wanted dessert. The creamery in Moorpark had no ice cream, only soft serve so we drove to Bacio. Service was great . We got to taste as many flavors as we wanted. I choose the sweet cream in a pistachio dipped cone. It was the best. There was a line but it moved fast ! I love the look of this shop. Clean and pretty!

For years I thought I'd never find good gelato in the US. My travels around Italy ruined me, they had proper gelato on every corner and I have yet to find any here. This place finally brought the taste of Italy to the US and perfected it. This is by far the best gelato I've ever had. Every flavor I tried better than the last. I finally had to narrow it down to 3, and still can't decide which is my favorite although I'm leaning toward the coffee and caramel. The maple cashew brittle was a close second. I can't wait to come back for an affogato. Update: an hour later, I came back and had the strawberry cheesecake and 3 chocolates gelato. That's how good this place is. That's this critic's review, until next time, I'll be eating.

Far and away my favorite gelato in town! Spot is bright and open with a few spots for seating. Every time I've come in, servers have been happy to give as many tasters as I'd like and provide recommendations. Every flavor I've tried is divine, but favorites are peanut butter caramel chocolate and buttercream pretzel. Truly a must try!

Incredibly with it! Flavors are authentic to Italy, and it's quality. Each flavor I tried was delicious, and the place, seating, presentation are all on par. I want to come again and again. I must after dinner in the area or really any time of day!

Decadence has graced the Thousand Oaks area and bringing Italian gelato to the 805. The samples were so good and each flavor were so rich and creamy but my favorite has to be the pistachio creme. Real pistachios and real flavor which doesn't taste artificial and it's unbelievable. The aesthetic is so nice and chic and if you can get a seat it's definitely worthwhile

Wow! The lines may look long when you come in but it's for a very good reason. The gelato here is first class! My favorite combination is the Raspberry, Yogurt, and Chocolate. The affogato is also quite good too! There are a couple of tables inside with a bench or two outside for limited seating.

This is one of my new favorite spots in the Thousand Oaks/Westlake Village neighborhood for gelato. The staff here is beyond kind and I love all the variety that this place has to offer when it comes to flavors. Even on cold days, this place is packed with people eating their gelato (including me). My favorite flavor is strawberry cheesecake but a close second is the Buttercream pretzel!

Our favorite gelato place now in Thousand Oaks. When someone says where can we eat the best gelato in LA I reply Bacio di Latte. So fresh, so flavorful, so delicious all made in house with the best ingredients. My most favorite will always be the chocolate hazelnut. They use whole hazelnuts in the gelato. The strawberry sorbet is also amazing as if you are eating fresh strawberries. No artificial flavors or fillers. So good. They always have new flavors so you won't ever get tired of this place. We came here with my family (12 of us )) today after lunch to enjoy some gelato. Great location, probably the largest in size I have been to. Loved the ambiance. Customer service was ok.

Let's start with their FRITTO MISTO, a mouthwatering combination of fried calamari and shrimp. The addictive sauce that accompanies it is a must-order, and we often find ourselves ordering extra! For a hearty side, try their grandmother Nonna's meatballs, POLPETTE DELLA NONNA. They're incredibly tasty and a great way to start your meal. If you're a fan of zucchini blossoms, you'll absolutely love their FIORI DI ZUCCA RIPIENI. It's a delightful dish that's sure to impress. One of my favorite salads is their INSALATA DELLA CASA, which is a refreshing and healthy option. Adding grilled shrimp takes it to the next level. Now, let's talk about their main courses. Their seafood and pasta dishes are all mouthwatering, but here are our favorites: 1) CACIO E PEPE: This dish is incredibly delicious and goes to another level when you add their grilled shrimp and truffle. 2) BRANZINO: Their seafood is cooked perfectly every time, and they often have HALIBUT as a special dish, which we love as a great alternative. 3) BOLOGNESE: Our son absolutely devours this dish, and it's a great option for kids. 4) STROZZAPRETI: This pasta dish is another great choice, filled with a lot of flavor. 5) LASAGNA: It used to be our number one dish until we started exploring their menu. 6) BRASATO DI MANZI: This is an ultra-delicious bone-in slow-braised beef short rib dish that's out of this world! And finally, let's talk about dessert. Their NONNA'S CAKE is the best butter cake ever! It's their grandmother's own recipe, and it's a must-try. Their professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail truly elevated the entire evening. They were attentive without ever being intrusive, kept everything running smoothly, and created a welcoming and fun atmosphere at the bar. Their service alone made the night memorable. The food was outstanding from start to finish. We began with the zucchini appetizer, followed by the Angus beef meatballs, both of which were excellent and full of flavor. We then had the Caesar salad, which was perfectly prepared and very fresh. For our main courses, we ordered the Dover sole and the eggplant parmesan, and both dishes were absolutely fantastic. The quality, flavor, and preparation of the food were truly impressive and made for a very satisfying dinner. One of the things that made the evening extra special was sitting at the bar and being surrounded by great guests. The environment was lively, positive, and filled with good conversation and laughter. It was one of those nights where everything just comes together -- great food, excellent service, wonderful people, and an overall great vibe. We thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our evening and will absolutely be back. Highly recommended.
