Have bought several (and I mean more than 10) used cars over the last few years, and as people say, don't trust used car salesmen... we'll forget that at Kar Connection because Pete and his staff totally changed my opinion about used car dealerships! Super friendly staff, incredibly easy to work with, financing was a breeze even with just "ok" credit. Traded in a used Jeep and Lexus, was given a more than fair price on both and walked away with one of my dream cars! A Porsche 911 which was in immaculate condition! Never have I met such a friendly, respectful, and super fast responding staff at any business. Thanks Kar Connection and a special thank you to you Pete! We will definitely be back! -Justin Torrington CT (Yes we drove over 2 hours to deal with Pete and would do it again!)

DO NOT!!! I REPEAT....DO NOT!!! BUY ANY VEHICLES FROM THIS PLACE…read more I purchased two vehicles from this man one month apart from each other and nothing but problem and repairs since. Had I known early enough, I would've stayed clear from him the second time around. From the smallest things to the largest things. I am so serious about this post that I can meet you and show you all the text messages of him promising to make repairs and never making good on his word. I can show you the receipts from the repairs I've made and continue to make! As I type this review, I am at my wits end!! My vehicle is in the shop having the ENTIRE computer system replaced! He sells on "Offer Up" which is where I purchased my vehicle from. Sad because you have to rate them once you purchase so obviously you rate high because he seems so nice and you aren't aware of the mess you're walking right into. You can't take back your review either so naturally his stars on the site are as if he's doing such a great job. I can only imagine what all his other buyers are going through. Stay as far away from this dealer as you can!

Almost as much as the car. Short story, long, my mechanic suggests that I go see Chris at Union Auto Wreckers and see what he could do. I figure, what the hell, if they can't fix it cheaper, I can leave it there. Well, Chris took a quick look at it and gave me a price that was about a third of my lowest quote. And when I got the car, it looked better than it had before my son had gotten through with it. If you have some auto body work that needs doing and don't want to get overcharged, try out Union Auto Wreckers.

Initially we disagreed on cost but were able to settle on a fair number for each of us, and they were very accommodating the whole way. Still too early to tell if the car has any major problems, but we drove off the lot happy about the price, our mechanic's opinion, and our buying experience. Like with any used dealership, you have to be sure that you are doing your own due diligence on the vehicle you're purchasing and not just relying on the dealer's description and info. The good news about this place is that the cars are not all junkers unlike some other dealerships in the area. We inspected the car we purchased thoroughly before buying, and made sure that our mechanic looked at it thoroughly as well. Do not bother with extended warranties and other gimmicks, just make sure the car is in good condition, and if you do not know much about cars make sure to get an opinion from an external mechanic.

These are the things I value in a car body shop: knowledge of my particular make & model,…read morehonesty/transparency in diagnosing and recommending fixes with reasonable costs, easy communication throughout and strong follow through. You give me that and I'll never go anywhere else. And that's exactly how I'd describe Best Service Auto Body. Both Alex and Yuro are awesome at what they do. I've been there twice with a 2017 BMW X3 xDrive28i and have needed a new driver side fender, sunroof drains cleaned out, brake pads and indicator sensors replaced, oil change, etc. The fender was the biggest job so far - I think some random person was walking around one night and just decided to kick mine in for some reason. It wasn't hit by a car because the paint was intact; regardless, I needed to get a new fender as it was bent so bad. Given this car is 9 years old with white paint I thought the new fender would stand out in noticeable contrast to the weathered paint on the rest of the car, e.g., the hood, door, roof, etc. I was totally wrong (see before and after pics) - I don't know how Yuro did it but he matched my paint color and then blended it so well I can't even tell a new fender was put on! You definitely can't get that level of service just anywhere, especially without paying extra. You can tell they take great pride in their work. As if that wasn't enough, they cleaned my car for free before they gave it back to me. Apparently there was some chemical substance that got on the window and paint the day before I dropped it off. No matter, all gone. All of this has been at half or less than what a dealer would charge. These guys are the best, and the name says it. Go there and you won't be disappointed.
