Very friendly participants at each class, and the center offers additional courses, books, and retreats, which I have not explored as of yet. Room for improvement: sometimes it feels like the teachers nudge excessively to buy a product, class, or retreat. They should scale this back and give people more space. Also, the founder of this place appears to be elevated to guru-like status, which is a big turn off for me. Despite these issues, so far, I like this place.
