Jeremy has changed my life! I am 66 years old and feeling my age a bit. Not as flexible as I once was, having to pause to manage my balance, a bit of stiffness in the joints, and some sciatica. When I arrived to Jeremy for my appointment I was pretty defeated. I had so many issues with nerve problems in my hands and arms, muscle spasms in my neck and shoulders being tested for thoracic outlet syndrome (that's what I was diagnosed with, but not sure that's accurate). I also had a host of other issues and was just a mess. Jeremy listened to my concerns, asked me some questions, and then we got started. Let me tell you 3 reasons why you should consider coming here.. First, Jeremy is extremely knowledgeable and listens to you!!! Yes that's right, he listens. This was a little new for me but extremely validating and refreshing. I asked him but why? And what about this? But hey what do to think? And he welcomed my questions without judgement and provided me answers I had been searching for. 2. I had been to several doctors looking for relief and all of them said anti inflammatories and muscle relaxers without any direction on how to treat and or fix my issues. Not all issues can be fixed as I have some that I will live with, however a lot of the issues can be managed or resolved. I just needed some direction . What I like is that Jeremy gives me advice and exercises I can do to improve my issues while treating symptoms. I have finally had some relief. It's a long road but I'm seeing improvements and in less pain . So now, there's some light at the end of the tunnel. 3. He actually cares about his patients. No, for reals! I have constant lower backache and hip pain. I often get massages at spas to help with these issues but I knew I needed something more and something different when massages just weren't giving me the relief I needed anymore. I came in to get treated for severe vertigo that lasted 2 weeks prior to coming here. This was my only hope after my Dr gave me my diagnosis and no treatment. I am an active yogi and a physical therapy clinician myself and I noticed a difference after one session with Jeremy.
