She did me the best favor though because there are numerous telehealth doctors now doing bio identical hormones that is substantially cheaper than her sub par expensive care. I had two significant problems while under her care but each time, I had to call multiple times before I received any feedback from her. If I brought up any issue during an appointment, her only suggestion was for me to have the pellets inserted more frequently or to purchase another supplement from her. At my last appointment in September of 2025, I was told that she will begin charging $400 every month for her services, and justifying it by saying it will allow her to provide better patient care. A dedicated doctor would not need to charge a $400 monthly concierge fee to provide excellent patient care. When I first saw her, she was working three days a week; now she's only working two. She is not dedicated to her patients; she is dedicated to making money. There is a card on the desk where patients check out that advertises 10% off her services if you give her a five star review on Yelp. That tells you everything you need to know about her.

Both needed to exercise more regularly yet carefully since they are both in their 80s. The past year has been a journey for my parents...accepting new ideas, establishing different eating and exercise patterns and modifying lifelong habits. We are super proud of them for what they have been able to accomplish because it has not been easy to modify those lifelong ideas, habits and patterns. But they are doing it. None of their health progress could have happened without Sophie's patient and gentle guidance. They took a terrified beginner (or even lower than beginner if such a term exists), and helped him fall in love with the exercise, with the workouts, with the process, with the philosophy. I'm not kidding when I say that my first day - I was just worried my leg would go shooting across the room on my first machine. But the staff was patient, detailed, and thorough. They made sure I knew exactly what I was doing, and they were watching everything cautiously to make sure I was safe and my form was ok. That was a year ago, this week. One year later - I can't believe how far I've come. When I started, I just had a simple goal - I'd like to be able to do one squat. Now I can do a half dozen without even focusing on it. A myriad of little changes to my life, my health, my lifestyle - all these little improvements that make everything so much better than it's ever been. I'm emotional just thinking of the process... And truly - it just comes down to the trainers, the staff - they're my guides, my scouts, my mentors in this journey. They never tire of my asking question after question about how to better my form, how to improve my technique, and I owe them so much for that. I'm a full convert now. Full stop. I have worked with many personal trainers, all "specializing" in different methods of weight loss, training, strength building, etc... My first meeting with Haig was very different from all of my previous experiences with trainers. Most of the trainers that I worked with were more interested in selling me as many sessions as possible without the genuine concern for my goals. Note to trainers: **clients cant stand when you introduce different packages every 10 seconds every time they decline the previous package during an initial session. DON'T MAKE ME BUY YOUR PACKAGES!** Haig sat with me and answered all of my questions, taught me some methods that I could utilize in order to keep track of my workouts and introduced a real "lifestyle" change plan for me that I never thought I could keep. He really surpassed my expectations, and this was only my first meeting with him! The exercises are really catered to your needs. Haig constantly asks about every aspect of your life that may affect your goals (food, social life, stress, workouts). He gives you some extra workout routines to complete on your days off, and he even makes a spreadsheet for you to fill out, which he checks before your sessions in order to make sure that you are on the right track to success! I worked with Haig for 6 months since January 2014. I have had a very serious knee injury and am very hesitant to do anything that requires pressure on my left knee. Haig was the first trainer to help me squat!!!! It didn't just stop there, I squatted 135 lbs... after practicing with lower weights, of course... just to think that I could not do 1 simple half squat before this. This is just one example of the knowledge that this guy has about training and how to human body works. After losing weight and changing the composition of my body, I got a new job and enrolled in a doctorate program so I had to stop my gym sessions. WHAT A BIG MISTAKE! The weight came back, I had no motivation to go to the gym, and the stress levels doubled. I start back with Haig Tuesday. I couldn't be more excited!!!! Back on the right track and (I kind of miss being able to deadlift 225lbs). If I can fit in personal training hours to my schedule with a job, internship hours, and school, anyone can! I HANDS DOWN recommend Haig to anyone trying to reach any fitness goals, whether it is to gain or lose weight, become stronger, or just live a healthier life. He is constantly attending seminars, and tries to get his clients to attend, as well. Give him a try, he is very knowledgeable, nice, entertaining, caring, and sometimes (just sometimes) a little strict... which is a good thing when trying to thin down. Haig is a very knowledgeable personal trainer that puts the extra time and effort clients look for. He personalizes every workout and training regime according to your individual needs. These extra steps he takes are what makes him an elite class trainer. Not only did he help me reach my fitness goals, he changed my lifestyle as I learned what it takes to maintain my progress on my own.
