Treatment area

I was struggling to heal from a hyper extended elbow (arm bar from Brazilian jiujitsu). YouTube and rest can only get so far. I spent a session w Dr Vincent Ho and I immediately felt better after he evaluated my injury showed me specific stretches and strengthening exercises-- very thorough in his explanations. That same day I drove home pain-free in my elbow! I also received a copy of the exercises and stretches. Can't thank you enough!!

Deep squat!
Rachel T.

I've always had trouble with squatting deep, and I recently hurt my lower back from it. The pain wasn't anything too unmanageable, but it was persistent for several weeks. I could not go on walks because of the pain and couldn't spend time with my dog outdoors which is something I love to do weekly. A friend told me to check out PNP to help with the pain, and I'm very glad I did! It was really easy to set up an appointment and he was able to squeeze me in his schedule the next day after the call. Dr. Ho was so friendly and knowledgeable. He explained to me which stretches and exercises to do to help me get back to moving without pain. He was able to teach me tips for prevention so this wouldn't happen again - which is something that other therapist never done with me before. For example, he suggested that I should have a wider stance because of my hip anatomy and how to brace my stomach correctly during lifts. Ty for the tips, Dr. Ho!

After suffering from a persistent hamstring…read moreinjury, and general imbalance from a car accident, I was introduced to Bart, the primary physical therapist at Las Manos PT. I was initially skeptical, since I had gone to 2 physical therapists prior. With the others, I received general physical therapy sessions that did little for the pain and absolutely nothing to help restore my mobility. Needless to say, I was losing hope. Bart identified the root cause of my hamstring injury, and tailored a physical therapy program to build strength and balance. After several months of therapy, the hamstring pain vanished and I was able to resume my normal workout routine - running. What sets Bart apart from other physical therapists is his expertise, creativity in developing customized therapy plans, and genuine care about his patients wellbeing. If you find yourself in need of a solution for pain management, strength, or balance, you will be in good hands at Las Manos Physical Therapy.

If you're in pain, I would recommend you visit Bart.

Because of his choices made my mom suffer a lot over a year now and we are going to someone different to have knee revision surgery. Horrible stay away. The staff is horrible and rude as well. The doctor doesn't know what his doing at all. The care my mom recieved was horrible at Adventist hospital as well. I will be sure to tell everyone about this medical malpractice that's going on. I hope you guys get what you deserve for making my mother suffer more than a year and now having to go through this process again. During that time, I found myself moving from doctor to doctor, seeking treatment after treatment to address the cascading breakdown of my body's ailing parts. Yet, it wasn't until my first visit with Jorga that I experienced immediate relief--I walked out of his office free from the sharp, debilitating pain that had hindered my movements for so long. It was a moment of profound gratitude and excitement to simply move without pain again. One by one, Jorga helped repair every injury and source of discomfort that demanded attention. Years of trauma, injuries, and poor form were unraveled as he listened closely, piecing together intricate details to uncover how everything was interconnected. He didn't just address the symptoms; he went straight to the root of the problem. His expertise and precision surpassed any medical professional I've known, but his healing extended far beyond the physical. He lifted the emotional weight that comes with chronic pain, offering not just care but genuine compassion. Jorga isn't just extraordinarily capable; he is an amazing human being whose sole purpose seems to be helping others--and help he does. Whether he's your first choice or your last resort, choosing him is always the right decision.

First Impression: I was greeted by a charming young woman who warmly welcomed me, explained how the studio flows, snapped my photo, and set me free to explore. The Class (Kinship Hot - Skyler Burke): Skyler is conversational, playful, and has a unique cueing style. He guides the movement first and then names the pose in English. It kept me very present because I had to actually listen and follow rather than just move straight into the shape. At one point he tossed out movie trivia about how pain makes you feel alive. Naturally, my curiosity sent me down a quick rabbit hole after class, and the idea echoes a theme from Dostoevsky's Notes from Underground, where suffering is closely tied to human awareness and consciousness. (A thought-provoking little moment in the middle of a hot flow - and I have no idea what movie he was referencing.) The flow itself was solid. It built a light sweat that perfectly primed me for breathwork. Meditation & Breathwork (Do NOT skip this): This is where Skyler's inner light really shines. His energy softened, and he created a comfortable, grounded container for the room. We moved through box breathing; extended-exhale breathing; some playful vocal breathwork; and a progressive, controlled breathing technique used by scuba divers to improve breath control. From there, he guided us into meditation using a clever story that gently walked us deep into our inner landscape. Once inside, he invited us to look around, notice who was present with us, and settle into a quiet, healing space. Honestly...it was lovely. My only complaint? It ended too soon. Before I knew it, Skyler was guiding us back and joking with the classic line: You don't have to go home, but you can't stay here. And just like that...container closed. Bottom line: Kinship has serious cool urban sanctuary energy, and Skyler's Breathwork & Meditation alone is worth the visit.

She truly made the space feel at peace and integrated the spiritual practice with the movement very well. The 50 people per class can be rough. Especially since we're all sweaty in a high heat room. Parking is also ok. It's difficult at first, but then you learn to locate a few parking lots nearby that become your go to. Metered parking until 9pm. Another pro is that they offer pretty late classes. I'll probably keep this studio in my rotation, because of the night time convenience!
