Upon meeting Dr. Agarwal, he immediately demonstrated a truly outstanding bedside manner. He was incredibly reassuring and empathetic, as my situation was a bit complicated, and he took the time to patiently listen to everything I had to say without rushing me. I never felt dismissed or hurried--in fact, he made me feel like my concerns genuinely mattered. What stood out most was how thorough he was. He carefully explained all of my treatment options and was refreshingly honest, even noting that the data for the recommended procedure for my specific condition showed mixed success rates. He made sure I understood all the potential benefits and the risks. That level of honesty built a lot of trust. He was also clearly not focused on just "getting the procedure done." There was absolutely no pressure. In fact, I initially left the office because I was scared to go through with the epidural. With her, I was able to piece together why I had a horrible rash that covered almost my entire body, and I was also able to heal it with IV ozone and using her hyperthermia ozone sauna. I know when I get to the point I need to go see Dr Fausett not only is she going to fix me but she is going to do it in a loving way and be my friend as we go thru the process. The first doctor I set up an epidural with showed up an hour late still wearing his golf clothes and smelling of his lunchtime gin and tonic. I made such a scene at ________ Tree - and kicked a hole in a wall too to be 100% honest- that the Pasadena police almost arrested me.
