I called them and they said I could come in the next morning. They fixed it in an hour with a new crown and now 12 hours later I feel 100% perfect again and I can chew on both sides which is a miracle with absolutely 0 pain, not even a tooth ache after a root canal, wow ! This is the 2nd time in a row they did this for me, the last time crowns fell out on the other side about 6 months ago and was causing huge tooth ache almost till I was tearing up and crying. They fixed that one also 100% within the next day after calling. Here are the TOP REASONS why I really, really love Dr. Tran: 1. She's super sweet, which is great, but she's incredibly professional as well. I cracked my crown during covid and needed more than a cleaning. While getting the crown fixed, I figured it was also a good time to take care of some other issues that I had been putting off until I found someone I could trust. I asked my best friend and consigliere if he had a recommendation. "Dr. Sherman is the best. Complete trust." After my visits I wholeheartedly agree. The covid protocols were excellent. Temperature and oxygen level checks before entry. The office was spotless, extremely clean and had very specific air circulation. The staff was friendly, extremely helpful and thorough. And most importantly of all my teeth were extremely well taken care of. The cleaning was amazing! So nice to have my teeth cleaned for the first time in over a year (thanks covid). Two of my fillings needed to be fixed. This was handled with precision and care including during a follow-up visit to correct some touching that was occurring. Finally the crown was just exactly perfect!! It's incredible! The shading, size and fit are so good you can't tell at all it's a crown. Here's some pros and cons:…read more PROS: - early appointments (7am) - optional topical analgesic (some numbing gel) if you don't like the pain of the metal plaque-removing tool or the floss work - pretty saltwater fish tank - several chairs for kids to sit in and wait - free toothbrush and floss with every cleaning visit - gentle and quick x-rays - they offer the "tray" teeth whitening service - sweet hygienists that do a really good job cleaning CONS: - canceled or missed appointment will cost you money - no late-in-the-day appointments (I wish I could get in there after work) - small office, so it feels cramped and you can hear other people getting drilled - this dentist is not in the Anthem Blue Cross group - no TV or anything to look at while your teeth are getting cleaned - nothing to listen to while your teeth are getting cleaned...except musak over the office speakers but usually it's really boring elevator music (I would prefer classic rock or something more lively)

After the consulation, I decided to have all my wisdom teeth removed (at a much older age than typical) and I also had an extra tooth on the upper left side, behind my wisdom tooth. From the consultation appointment, Dr. Witcher and his staff were very kind, thorough and they explained everything very clearly. I scheduled my surgery for the week of my Spring Break (I am a teacher) and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised by how everything went. I was anxious and nervous about the recovery, but Dr, Witcher and his entire team made the experience so easy. The surgery was over in an hour and I was home by 10 AM. I had no swelling and no pain. I followed all of Dr. Witcher's post-surgery instructions and the hardest part was eating soft food for a week. :) My post-op appointment went well and now 3 weeks later, I am so relieved to be done with this procedure. I am so grateful to Dr. Witcher and his team (front office, nurses, assistants..) for making a very stressful situation extremely easy for me.
