Paula is amazing. I have long covid. I've felt terrible for almost 10 months. I have seen numerous doctors, therapists, specialists. They have all helped a little- but Paula has helped the most. It's not even close. Paula is the only one that has helped truly reset my central nervous system. During her massage is the only time my body truly feels at rest and at peace. She is truly a healer. She offers various massage types, but I have just done he standard 90 minute massage. It's fairly reasonable and worth every penny. I was having a lot of pain in my lower lumbar area. I found Paula through Yelp and read her reviews and I decided to contact her to see if she could help alleviate some of the pain I was having. I scheduled a 90 min massage with her during my lunch break. I have to say that Paula is a wonderful massage therapist. She knows where the trouble spots are and knows how to apply just enough pressure to make the knots in your back melt away. She also did some stretching of my lower back area by crossing my legs over and applying gentle pressure more and more until I was feeling no pain. I strongly recommend Paula if you are having stiffness or tightness in your back. She does wonders. I can't wait till my next appointment so she can work out the rest of the knots that are in my back. read more
