I created an appointment, however, I unfortunately chose a "gel manicure" instead of the correct "acrylic-full set" that I usually get. Definitely a mistake on my end, however, the nail technician was able to explain to me the error in my booking and how she does not work with acrylic. I instead opted to have my daughter get her nails and toes done. The process was very easy and Vladlena made sure that she was comfortable, however, by the time I got in the car my daughters toe-nail polish was coming off and by the time I got home she only had polish on 4/10 fingers which was a huge disappointment due to the fact that my daughter was very excited to get them done. Moving forward, I really hope this issue can be rectified.

I had my fingers and toes done at the same time and couldn't even enjoy the massage chair (which is part of why I go for a pedicure) I couldn't relax the entire time because I couldn't sit back in my chair since they were doing my fingers and toes at the same time. My sister had just her pedicure going. No manicure yet, but she wasn't getting polish on her fingers. Her massage chair didn't even work. We both picked out a chrome color. My sister was only getting color on her toes. I got color on my fingers and toes. I was rushed through mine meanwhile my sisters sitting right next to me in a massage chair that doesn't even work.. I got both my fingers and toes completely done no lotion on my arms or hands, no massage on my hands or arms. None of the usual, you know, manicure stuff... he simply did my nails and moved on.... I was finished before my sister even had polish on her toes. They moved her to get her manicure but again, she wasn't getting color. In the meantime I was sitting aside waiting for her to be finished. I had time to examine my nails and before even leaving I noticed how crappy they were. There was polish all over my skin, he completely missed a spot on my finger nail with the chrome. I said something so they would clean it up and fix the messed up spot before we left. They cleaned up my manicure but didn't properly fix the missing spot so now it looks like a bump and is clearly messed up. He finally put lotion on me only after I watched him giving my sister a hand and shoulder massage. That's when he realized he didn't do it for me. I didn't get lotion on my arms even after that and no massage. Just lotion. After all this.. he charged us $220! I asked what the price was and he said $160 for both of us... my sister didn't even get color on her fingernails how was hers the same cost as mine???? I paid without a fuss because it was part of her birthday gift. I got home and looked up how much the chrome powder was on Amazon. $6.... They charged us $20 each as an add on for the chrome!!! 4 days later.. and the top coat on my thumb is already peeling off. Ridiculous !!!! They clearly do not care about their work. I will not return and do not recommend at alll..

I immediately noticed the sign out front saying 30% off so that made me excited. I was immediately greeted by the owner and his wife. They were very nice and welcoming. The shop appeared clean. The furniture was very nice. I got the pedicure menu and picked my choice (I forgot the name). Regardless, I'm 100% confident whatever you choose you will be happy. The tools used were in a fresh sterile pack which we know is important. Service was really good and I'll definitely go back. If you're looking for a place for nails and feet this is worth checking out.

They did a great job with my calluses and cuticles, and I'm a week out from the pedicure with no chips at all. The store is extremely clean, smells great, is well lit but not aggressively so, the chairs are comfortable, and the equipment all looks really nice. Once we discussed; I was told which station to sit at and who my tech would be. I was then asked to wash my hands before seating. That in itself got them five stars. I loved the cleanliness of the salon but also what the expected of patrons. John was my nail tech and is fantastic! His customer service; the way he walks you thru your service to make sure everything is to your liking. He is a total package! He made sure every step of the way I was satisfied and he was hilarious. A lot of times when you go to the nail salon there is not much conversation between you and your tech but I can't wait to go and speak with john again. My price was fair and they even offer a discount to those who paid in cash. They do ask that tips for your service be paid in cash. Overall this was a great place. Prices; techs; speed of service everything was great. Plenty of parking and it's right in innsbrook so you get to miss the Shortpump traffic. I will definitely be returning.
