We were not ready for delivery until late November as our new house was being built. This was no issues for them and worked out great for us. Now bear in mind our new house is over an hour from their store. Fast forward to August 2023. We noticed a leak in our tub I called at 9:00 am and Mike was at my door (again an hour away) by 11:30. He found and fixed the leak and then replaced the track that secures one of the side panels while he had it off. Mike was very pleasant, friendly and professional. I can not overstate how happy I am with the purchase but shocked by the high level of customer support AFTER the purchase. I highly recommend Spa Warehouse in Hagerstown MD.

Because the work by our local pool company was done in two stages because winter had set in, the finishes did not match and there were some water infiltration problems that caused some discoloration. Federal Stone was extremely helpful in getting this corrected and their Owner and his wife traveled to Connecticut from their plant in Maryland to inspect and refinish the coping themselves! We were absolutely amazed at what they achieved and we now have the most beautiful pool around! Kudos to Federal Stone for a great product and superior customer service!! They are the best!!

(Posting for my mom who recently got a container.)…read more I don't know how this business hasn't been rated on Yelp yet... THEY ARE AWESOME. I found them through an ad on Craigslist. Although they are located in Maryland, we are located in Pennsylvania and needed a container in Huntingdon County... Still close enough to the border that delivery was reasonable. And as an extra bonus, with an out of state purchase, the PA taxes don't apply. I checked them out as well as some other local companies where you could visit the lot and choose which one you get if you've got the time. The container and delivery was cheaper than some other in-state places I checked, and I was not interested in working with big companies like Container One or their middle men after reading horror stories. Communication was OUTSTANDING from start to finish. It is family and veteran owned and run, and it shows. They were competent, courteous, and had integrity. They listen to your needs and take that into account. They hold to their pricing, and they followed through with what they promised. Very straightforward. There was one potential hiccup with one of the third party haulers they partnered with for my particular situation, but Q3 was ready and willing to make up for that themselves if needed (and it ended up not happening and wasn't necessary). We were always informed in advance of how things were going with delivery times and weren't left guessing if the guy would show up... We knew in advance when the delivery would happen and were informed when the delivery had actually left and was headed our way. Full payment was due upon delivery, so we did not have to pay fully for the container with delivery until it was actually delivered. So, there was no risk of bait and switch after they take your money like I read about with some experiences with Container One. That's accountability. And when it was delivered, everything went well. The delivery guy was very nice and went out of his way to make sure it was done just as we wanted it. Overall, I was very grateful to find that Craigslist ad. If you are looking to buy a container, I would strongly recommend Q3 without hesitation. We were extremely pleased, and I can't imagine getting better service than this. If we ever need another, this would be our first option.

I placed my order on November 29th, 2013 for a bed, dresser with mirror and night stand. I got upset and after speaking with their regional manager, he gave me free shipping to my house and promised to deliver all the items on January 15th. I received a call again just two days prior to new delivery date and when I asked about the missing items they said they are still missing and they will arrive around 15th February. I told them to deliver everything together and today when I just received the delivery, head stand for bed and night stand are still missing and the delivery gentlemen said the missing will be coming on March 11th. He told me the that someone just ordered the missing items yesterday.

They then told me i needed to drain all the water out in case we get another cold snap and that they really couldn't tell me when they could come out to install due them being very busy. Told me to drain the water and use a wet vac to get as much water out of the tub as i can- so i proceeded to do as directed, that night i got to thinking about it and just had a bad feeling, so in the am i immediately started looking for a 2nd opinion. That is when i found my life saver Tim- called him- he called me back the next day (friday) and i told him what had been told to me- he said that doesn't sound like a bad circuit board and said he could be out that following Monday- Tim came Monday and within 10 minutes found the problem- just sound bad wiring from the electrician, he fixed it! I am so thankful for Tim! He is very professional, and honest. If i could give Tim and Total Spa 10 STARS i absolutely would! He is your guy for Total Spa Repair!
