We ordered and had delivered some mulch from Bear Enterprises. The mulch was mulch. The price was…read moregood and the delivery was prompt. However, we asked them to drop the mulch near the garage. They ended up backing up too far and hit the gutter and top corner of our garage with the delivery truck. Then, seemingly to avoid fault, ended up dropping the mulch halfway down the driveway. They never contacted us to let us know about the incident. Sadly, we thought it may have been our landscaping guy, whom we approached almost accusingly. Luckily for him, he had coincidentally taken before and after pictures the same day, so he could show us his work. Not only did his pictures prove his innocence, but he wasn't even able to get up the driveway due to the location of the mulch. Thus confirming it wasn't him and was Bear Enterprises instead. The only two people who had been in the driveway. Would have been nice to receive a call, or at least an apology if not an offer to repair the damage.

I get inside and these guys are standing at their computers never looked up never said hello. This young kid says "what can I do for you" I said I'm here to pick up a part for my dad (insert dad's name here). The kid says "oh that doesn't ring a bell." The kid goes " a part for (my dad's name which he pronounced wrong) OR WHATEVER" I told him the correct spelling of the last name to which he did not respond. He then goes in the back and proceeds to tell me "they don't have it" to which I reply "then why did you call my dad and tell him it was here?" He continued to ignore me, then went back in the back to continue to "look" for the part. All in all my dad spend 290 dollars here it would be nice if you could like show a little respect and kindness when someone is in your store. It would make for a repeat customer. I don't appreciate the disrespect and attitude I was given by this employee. Or any employee in this store. I'm not a feminist by any means but it looks to me like you thought I was stupid because I am a woman. Just saying.
