Sanchez towing immediately answered the phone when I called and responded with the tow within 15 to 20 minutes. Luis (the tow driver) responded with a flatbed as required and very securely and carefully strapped the motorcycle down for a safe transport. Another bonus is that the cost was less than 2 other companies I called that were charging much more with the wait being about 2 hours! Sanchez Towing was the answer to prayer that evening.

Before leaving reviews, I usually like to compare with other companies that provide the same service. In this case, it was Valley Wide Towing on Rivard Rd. in Moreno Valley. Mike was awesome -- professional, courteous, and respectful. Back in the day, tow yard employees were known for being rude to customers, and unfortunately, after recently dealing with another tow yard, not much has changed in some places. A few days before coming here, I had to visit another tow yard to take photos, and the experience was completely different. The staff there were unfriendly and made an already stressful situation even worse. That's why I wanted to acknowledge Mike and Valley Wide Towing. He treated me with patience and professionalism, which honestly makes a huge difference when you're already dealing with the inconvenience of having your vehicle towed. Customer service still matters, and Mike definitely provided that. Thank you again for making a difficult situation a little easier.
