My Audi has a snapped serpentine belt, and a few flat tires, and he still managed my car and getting it on to the bed of the tow truck with absolute and utmost care. My crazy neighbor across the street that lost damn near all her marbles kept on bothering him and he was even tolerable through that. Fast forward to getting to the mechanic shop where I needed. My car dropped off my dumb self put the key through the mail slot.... Before we put the car in neutral to drop it from the bed. Moises was able to get the key out, not only once but twice when the second time I locked my other vehicles key inside of my Audi within the same 10 minutes span of time. He was very patient with me in trying to figure out a way around my stupid issues, he did not get frustrated at all. He was very chill.. THANK YOU MOISES!!!! On another note, I was in a car accident on October 11, 2025, which resulted in having glass shattered all over me. That tow truck driver picked up my car and before I left the parking lot, used the air compressor to blow all of the shards of glass off of my skin and body. I brought in my 2009 Sienna for repairs, and the team quickly diagnosed several issues. They quoted me over $3,000 to fix everything and offered a discount, which I accepted. The repairs were completed, and they provided a 3-month warranty. However, I noticed the van still wasn't running properly, so I brought it back. They diagnosed additional issues with the shocks, brakes, and a leak in the power steering system. I paid another $700+ to have those fixed. About a week later, the van started making a horrible noise. When I called to bring it back in, Dayan informed me they had moved to Huntington Beach and were no longer operating in Menifee. Unfortunately, the distance made it impractical to drive the van there given its condition. I then took the van to a Toyota dealership for a full diagnostic. They informed me that many of the issues H2D Motors had supposedly fixed still needed repair. Unfortunately, I was just outside the 3-month warranty period by one week. I didn't proceed with repairs at Toyota due to the high cost, so I went to another mechanic who charged me $1,100 to fix everything. They discovered that a part related to the shocks had not been installed correctly or tightened properly, which caused the noise and damage to the new tires I had installed just a month earlier. It turned out to be a wheel bearing issue. After those repairs, the van finally ran as it should--no noise, no issues. While Dayan was great to work with, the overall experience was a major disappointment. I wouldn't recommend this shop based on the problems I encountered.
