I've been here a handful of times now and have always had a good experience. Even when my car has failed the smog test, the attendant has been friendly, even funny, and very helpful with pointers. Service is quick, none too expensive, and--if you happen to fail--you only pay for the actual test once. If you're in the middle of car maintenance and aren't sure you're going to pass, this place could be a great deal for you. read more

1 star is fair. Service date 2/1/22 and 2/2/22. The service of smogging is the service I got. With that, I asked the angry hispanic guy(Hispanic is irrelevant but as an identifier for his bosses if they look here and care about their business enough to follow up.) if I needed a card from the DMV if I wanted to use the registration services this year. He was wonderfully warm and to the point when he cut me off saying, "Let's just see if it passes k?" So it did not and that was only because I am a work a holic and live at work and home and don't drive it enough. This was yesterday. So... Ok maybe I am being hasty rather than prepared...Dude must be having a bad day...Covid jerks out there and people trying to share their anti mask religions unrewuested...I get it!... Then I came back today because my car did have an issue loading sensors after Jiffy Lube apparently cleared a code while popping in a filter I did not want to deal with. After much driving and having my favorite mechanics check to make sure I would pass I returned ready to roll! And I pulled up and there was a car there and 2 other open bays...And not wanting to presume anything with same said angry dude (same one who is the only person there...Everyone else probably packed up and left him for being a complete shmuck and this probably compounded the way he is?) Yes, I waited to be guided to an open lane just incase stuff was not working in one of them, or if he was working only one lane. This time after our usual complete lack of any kind of. "Hey! You look like a living breathing human who might need my services..." kind of thing or a, "Hey F&@! You" even...He began to rerun the tests. And just to be silly me, I decided to ask if all lanes were a given for being open always these days or if just certain ones sometimes. I was rewarded with the expected reply of, "I thought it was obvious." Well sir, I have been going here for about 15 or 20 years or so and usually lanes are not always open. Since I remember this great service from 6 months ago when I saw you with my husband's car as well and handled him with the same amazing warmth you show everyone else it seems...I wanted to make sure how you ran things so I could go on with my life never having to speak to someone with such a HUGE chip on their sphincter again! But thank you for blocking that with sarcasm too! We will be looking for something more local to us rather than driving all the way across town to our known smog place we are loyal to. Thank you for making my decisions so easy :) And since I make my husbands car choices...his too! Actually I've sent a few people here and will correct that asap. You sir have the amazing type of personality that will land you in a top tier job of an angry school custodian, a DMV manager or even a Warden of a Federal Institution! I got my car smogged here because it was close to the DMV. The customer service was sub par and it was more expensive than other places. I would not return here if I didn't have to. The up side was that it was quick, easy, and not busy but I paid $35 whereas other places are $20. If you can find another place that is cheaper I would recommend that. read more

I have been coming here for years. Never again. The guy came out, bumped his head on my door and cut his eyebrow. He then went into a panic and ran around telling myself and other customers that we had to leave because he had to get the cut taken care of. What a sissy this guy was. It wasn't even bleeding.
