We are still waiting on the roof inspection. After many calls from us and my insurance company, we hired an inspector so we could get our windstorm certification. Well, the roof didn't pass inspection and he recommended a reroof. Next, Rapid roofing contacted us and said they will have to do a reroof because it didn't pass. After a couple weeks they decided to send an engineer out to inspect because they didn't think the whole roof needed replaced and well, it still didn't pass and he recommended the same reroof. Now, they are saying they are going to fix the bad places but have yet to show up and keep saying they will be out in a couple of days but never show up or call. We only sometimes hear from them after I reach out to them. I wish that I could say that's been the only problem but no. Before we started, we requested metal vents and they installed the plastic instead. I was told the wrong ones must have been sent out, but it was basically too late to put the right one on since the roof was almost finished . Then, after starting our gas furnace, I luckily checked on it since it was turned on for the first time for the winter. For some reason they didn't reinstall the vent and it was dumping the gas exhaust in the attic. Thank God I checked it that evening! They did fix it, but it sure was a few cold days before getting to it. As of now, we are still waiting for repairs to a NEW roof so it will pass inspection.

I recently contracted K&HD to remodel my home. Things began well but quickly went bad…read more Subcontractors failed to show up as scheduled and I was rarely communicated with. I had to chase them for status and follow-up. The project took 4 months to complete with workers at my home less than 1/3 of the time. Work quality was poor and I had to QA the work. Agreed to rework was not completed. I contacted K&HD and informed them that I would have the balance work completed by others after giving them over 4 months to finish. Needless to say, I did not agree to pay for unfinished work. After expressing my discontent, KH&D sent me an invoice with outrageous costs for "changes" that they failed to communicate/get approval of in advance. They have failed to send anyone or communicate with me to rectify the situation other than the project manager who was originally assigned the work. My original intent was for K&HD to complete the balance of my remodel; however that plan changed when they failed to perform satisfactorily. I am very disappointed as I had high hopes for K&HD originally.

He told her he could get drugs from his sources and even told me he had cancer and had to go to Mexico for treatment because his insurance ran out but he never left. Blair was given some tools as part of payment but he took tools without permission. When questioned he said he took them and he would bring them back as Ryan also said. That was the end of May, the text below shows Ryan on June 10th saying he would bring them. Here it is July 18th and nobody has returned the stolen tools. I've paid these guys over $40,000 this year and this is the kind of treatment I get?!?!
