All materials were sourced and brought to my home by the team! This was truly a great experience, Dave's advice was awesome, he made suggestions, he was the expert, and he was not pushy at all. I was referred to him and I will be referring all my friends! Definitely using this company for all of my future needs. I was told repeatedly that I would get priority because I had already started work with my insurance. However, the contractor Stephen has been non-responsive and kept telling me he had another guy working on it. I understand they are overloaded, but I never even had a chance to get on the schedule. I guess our repair job wasn't big enough for them. Very poor customer service since the initial consultation and I have now moved on. I wouldn't recommend based on their lack of communication and willingness to help. ***UPDATE The owner reached out to me, apologized and was willing to make it right. I had another company already on-call when they reached out initially. Bottom line is that they did what they could to solve the issue and that doesn't always happen. I'd give them another chance had I not already had someone on top of the job.

I was sent the estimate and gave them the go ahead. Jesus arrived bright and early to start and the job finished in a reasonable time. The areas that were fixed look FANTASTIC. P.S. Carlos, Jesus and Rosie were super friendly. The one thing we wish we had was a little more clarification with the pricing/estimate prior to signing it. I had asked questions and thought we were all on the same page. Unfortunately, there were added expenses that my husband and I thought were included that weren't and we had to pay extra.
