The store itself is by Washington Square park so it's super convenient to get to. Initially, Johnny told me they could not come today, but then his partner called shortly after and said they could. I scheduled for between 1:30 and 2:00 pm, but at 2:00 I was told they'd be an hour late. I didn't get another update until almost 3:30, when they called to reschedule. It seems like the company is not well-coordinated, and I ended up having to look elsewhere for help. I hope they improve their internal communication and reliability for future customers.
