The company name says it all - instant service. My 97' Accord officially had its final drive last week, and I thought I would have to Uber to work or borrow a family member's car for a few days until I found my next car. I've had my car for 20 years so I was new to the auto leasing world, but the guys there were so patient and kind, walking me through the entire process. I have a very busy work schedule so having these guys take care of EVERYTHING for me was a huge life saver. I was referred to InstaCar by a friend, and they found me the car I wanted within 2 days! Young daughter bought a used car from them, told her everything works, and there was a 3 month warranty for repairs. Few weeks after driving car, the weather turned  hot outside and she turned on air conditioner and it didn't work, they blamed her and they refused to fix it and want her to pay to fix a car after they told her it works fine. She drives an hour to work and back in 91 degrees and about passes out. They won't pay for a loaner car so she can get to work, this can take several days sitting at their lot due to the fact they said their mechanic is never there due to health issues. So now she has to take off work, lose money and pay more money for a lemon car they sold her. Also another mechanic told her the router was about shot. Poor girl has no money and stuck. Every other car dealer has fixed any issues free of charge up to a year after selling a used car. Will never recommend them!! Be careful have car inspected before trusting them. Update: she took the car back to have the condenser replaced, which they said was the issue, they quoted her $200-250. car sat there for 4 day. Now, they tell her it will be $350+ to fix. They also told her they weren't sure how to fix it and might do it wrong, So on top of everything else they don't even have a mechanic that knows how to repair. They told her she should go elsewhere. In the day and age of technology it is so easy to find out the competitive rates for cars throughout different dealers and brokers. After doing a lot of research I ended up choosing InstaCar initially, solely because their website was easy to use and after reading other reviews I realized their website replicates how easy it is to use them to help you lease a car. All the quotes online seemed similar, but they were able to get me an even better quote with the color combination and packages I wanted. I was in between a few cars and they even gave their opinion and reasoning as to why one car was better than the other. I love making Pros v.
