Hard, medium, soft or gentle is a good way to start. Hello and thank you don't hurt either. We now go every other week.

(She had taken all of her clothes off when she got undressed initially and then felt uncomfortable with that and put back on her underwear!) INSTINCT! I think this was somewhat of a "freeze" moment bc she felt uncomfortable the whole time . The masseuse: -did not have her fill out a waiver -made her take out cash from an ATM right on premises- would not accept credit card -burped twice over her face -hawked 2 lugees into the sink during the massage -completely pulled her towel off of her body at least three times during the session -rubbed oil on her and moved it around for an hour (clearly not trained in massage therapy) -straddled her head for part of the "massage" (while she was facing down) -bent her legs up backwards, pulled her hair, twisted her legs, pinched her Achilles tendons, pounded on her back so hard that it hurt -came back into the room while my friend was dressing and asked for a $20 tip -let someone else enter the room during the massage

If you point her to the tense areas, she zeroes in on them and doesn't let up until they're loose. Even if you don't direct her, she seems to have a supernatural ability to find your trouble spots. Definitely recommended.

I noticed that they have foot massage chairs, sitting massage chair, as well as back massage tables. The decoration was a bit lack of a theme, but the whole facility looks very neat, warm and pleasant. I ordered 1 hour body works and 30 minute foot massage. Mary did a fantastic job on my back especially my shoulder. The foot treatment was done by Mike who certainly knew how to press the right pressure points to make me scream. For $40 I enjoyed 1 1/2 hours of high-quality services, I couldn't complain about that no tea was served before or after the treatment (since I went there for massage not tea). It was one of the best experiences I have had with foot spa. I know their promotion will be over by the end of May. But their regular price is also very reasonable. So I will certainly go back there again.

I was a little nervous not really knowing what to expect, but Ellie walked me through the entire process, asked me questions to get a better understanding of why I was there, and answered all of my questions before we got started. She was incredibly professional, compassionate, and personable; it took no time at all for me to feel completely at ease. I had stated that my real problem areas were my neck, shoulders, and upper back, Ellie verified that right away and asked if instead of a full body massage I preferred if she took her time focusing on those areas, which is exactly what I wanted! I walked out of there feeling so light and sore-free, and questioning why I waited so long to try a massage.
