I have had many massages in my life. Laura was exceptional and knew exactly what was needed. I felt better immediately.

I came in as a new guest and had an incredible massage with Mike--he was absolutely excellent…read more Super down-to-earth, kind, and gave the perfect amount of pressure. The only thing I didn't love? I wish it was longer. That's not on him though--it's the setup. Anyhow, let's talk about the "60-minute massage" claim. In reality, you're only getting 50 minutes of actual massage. Five minutes are for undressing and relaxing, and they stop five minutes early so you can get dressed. I get that you need buffer time, but don't advertise 60 minutes if the hands-on time is 50. Either change the description to reflect that clearly, or adjust the scheduling so sessions are a full 60 minutes with prep and cleanup time built in. Now, the pricing. When I arrived, the front desk said the massage would be $109 for new guests. Afterward, I was charged $129. I didn't realize the mismatch until I got home and saw a $20 credit pending. That made the experience feel disorganized, and honestly, a little shady. At minimum, the front desk needs better training on consistency and communication. Also, the pricing chart is confusing. For example, a 2-hour massage is listed as $249 no matter who you are--member, non-member, or new guest. That defeats the whole point of being a member. There's no incentive to join if I'm not actually saving money. Here's how you could restructure the pricing to make it clearer and actually compelling: 1 Hour Massage - Member: $89 - Non-Member: $129 - New Guest: $109 90 Minute Massage - Member: $129 - Non-Member: $189 - New Guest: $159 2 Hour Massage - Member: $209 - Non-Member: $249 - New Guest: $229 This version shows a clear discount for members and a slight welcome deal for new guests. And importantly, it makes the 2-hour massage feel like a value add if I become a member. If I saw that I could save $40 just by joining, I'd seriously consider signing up and booking longer sessions more often. That's a win for me and your business. To be clear, the massage itself was excellent and I absolutely plan to come back--for the massage. But the front desk operations and pricing strategy need work. If the experience from check-in to checkout matched the quality of the bodywork, this would've easily been five stars.

I Just wanted a nice massage but the therapist didn't even touch my legs or arms. She barely massaged me! She kept working on specific muscles in my back and neck because i said it was tight but i wanted a full body massage. Not only that but apparently you don't start till 10 minutes in so you only get 50 minutes but i paid for an hour. The price was ludicrous 130$ for 50 mins. Absolutely ridiculous. TLDR: Insane prices, Barely a massage, Begs for you to spend more money the second you walk in. Do not Recommend

Although it is inarguably important to assess the physical elements that contribute to tension and pain, it is equally vital to consider emotional, mental, and spiritual aspects of health. Emotional unrest often accompanies any injury or chronic physical discomfort. By using therapeutic massage techniques, I work with the client to release physical muscle tension, as well as the emotional blockages inhibiting his or her personal growth. Although I utilize primarily Swedish massage, I also incorporate elements of Myofascial Release, Craniosacral Therapy, deep tissue massage, and trigger point therapy. I strive to understand the client's therapeutic needs, while incorporating my own intuitive judgment, in order to create a treatment plan. At this time, I cannot bill health insurance for massage therapy services. However, if you wish to submit a claim on your own for reimbursement, I will provide you with an itemized receipt and insurance-compliant treatment note to do so.
