Xpress took my car at 930 on Monday. an hour later, my oil change was done, but two recommendations were identified - one I expected since I saw some fluid leaking. I was hopefully it wasn't going to take my entire paycheck. When I asked what I need to do to take care of at least one of the issues, I was told they could do it that morning, as in right now. I said yes. They did say it would take about another hour. I was already there and I didn't have any plans to give me a reason to leave. By noon I was all checked out and heading home. The best part is the family room in the waiting area, including a TV, carpet and a soft bench. This meant my two little ones could be in a contained area, have something to distract them every so often. I knew everyone could still hear all the loud talking and random noises, but the seclusion helped them and me. This definitely made the morning manageable. They've got a coffee station and plenty of free cold water. They do have a vending machine for snacks, unless you're a parent and you just carry a bunch anytime you leave the house.

I have a 2025 RAV4, and a strap from a bag became caught in the rear hatch. The hatch would not open, the interior lights would not turn off, and the vehicle beeped continuously while I was driving. I first contacted Toyota of Cedar Park, where I leased the vehicle, but they could not see me for almost a week and made no effort to take a quick look or offer any assistance. I then called Toyota of Round Rock. Although they were also fully booked, they told me to come in and they would see if they could work me in or at least take a look at the problem. I live in Leander, so it was nearly a 30 minute drive, but I was very grateful that they were willing to try to help. When I arrived, Eduardo was incredibly kind and understanding. He initially explained that they did not have any appointments available and that I might need to leave the vehicle overnight. However, when he saw how upset I was, he kindly offered to take a quick look himself. Within about 10 seconds, he identified the problem, pulled the trapped strap free, and everything was working perfectly again. What impressed me most was not simply that Eduardo fixed the problem so quickly. It was his compassion, patience, and willingness to help when I was stressed and unsure of what to do. He could easily have turned me away because they were fully booked, but instead, he took a moment to listen and assist me. The receptionist told me that I would have to leave my Tundra overnight to allow the technician to evaluate the windshield which would probably take less than 5 minutes.
