Showed him the app that had my policy. He was kind enough to escort me to their waiting area. Another gentleman came in to collect my contact information and discuss different aspects of my car due to its age/mileage. Great and comfortable conversation. A 3rd gentleman came in the office to let me know my car was completed and collected payment. Was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Talk about service! Very policy folks that work there and quick about their service. I will be back to visit them in the future.

Had chosen Auto PI in large part to their existing Yelp reviews and they lived up to their high ratings. Was impressed with the amount of data/analysis in the report and on the call with the inspector. Brian from Auto PI proactively called the rental car company to get it set up, saved me some time and then Tom performed the inspection and called me when he said he would and gave me his cell in case I had questions later. I can't tell you how much they suck. They put the wrong battery in my car and fried the whole…read moreelectrical system. They first told me it would take 3 days to get a new computer installed. I got my car back 9 weeks later. Two weeks after they fried my car, I found out my car was at Kwik Kar in Dripping Springs. RR didn't tell me that. I got a call from a manager in Dripping Springs who said he needed to replace another part. So the DS Kwik Kar kept replacing parts but still couldn't fix the car, and then suddenly that manager didn't work there anymore. The new manager took my car to a totally different shop in Dripping Springs. They didn't tell me about that either. I only knew where my car was because I had an air tag in it. The other company (not Kwik Kar) finally fixed my car, and the manager at RR Kwik Kar drove it back to RR. Oh, and he used the toll road but didn't compensate me for the toll (or even tell me he did it). And now, Kwik Kar RR and DS say they don't have any documentation of the work that was done in their shops. That includes a battery, a computer, a throttle sensor, an AC compressor sensor, and fuses--those are the parts I know of that Kwik Kar replaced but can't provide documentation of . What are they trying to hide? The managers at these two Kwik Kar locations are incompetent, unprofessional, uncaring a-holes. They don't know how to change a battery. They don't know how to communicate while they attempt to fix their mistakes. They don't know how to take responsibility. Nobody owned up to making a mistake. Nobody apologized for screwing up my car or messing up my life for two months. And they act like it's not their problem when you still need them to follow up. Keep your car far away from here.

Before work started, the Manager and Joey made sure that there were no remaining questions and the final cost was up front and accurate. No unexpected expenses or surprises. They thoroughly inspected the vehicle at the onset and knew exactly what was needed. I even called them after they started work and asked if they could repair the windshield wiper pump that I had forgotten about. My truck was ready in a few hours and they test drove the vehicle to make sure everything was operating correctly. These guys are top notch! I won't go anywhere else for minor repairs. Thank you!

They have a mechanic named Tyler who knows a lot about all vehicles but especially 4runners so I knew I was in good hands. They changed out my front and back shocks to bilstein 5100s, replaced my tie rods and front lower control arms, added spacers, and also did an alignment. I'd honestly had issues with the wheels rubbing since I bought it last year and was happy how Dylan (the manager) worked with me to walk me through everything that was needed and gave me a very fair price.
