Super quick, super friendly and helpful. I had a burned out light and she offered to change it-when I asked how much she said free! Not sure on prices but I feel like they were cheaper than any where else I've been for an inspection. read more

If you don't care how you are treated by rude employees this is the perfect place to get an inspection.

The easiest car inspection I've experienced. Called up around 2pm to see if they had availability for my car to be inspected, and they said it seemed slow today so I could be seen right away. 10 minutes later u pull up and was immediately greeted by Zach. He was so nice and attentive, answering any questions ok and I had, and patient while waiting for me to pull up my insurance on my phone. 30 minutes max, in and out, allowing me to make it back to the Tax Office to complete my registration. He made the whole process easy peasy! Would recommend them to anyone. read more

Very quick and easy. I thought I was going to be there longer than I was but the two gentleman that were there were extremely efficient. I will be returning next year! Keep up the good work guys! read more

The service was quick and the guy was very nice, it was very hot outside and he did let me stay in the car while doing the test ;-)

Overall such a negative experience. 10 minutes? Not hardly. This place was recommended by someone else I know so I went there instead of my normal location I had gone to for years down the street, and, well, I paid for it. Live and learn. There are so many other places to get inspections done. I will not bother with going here in the future with any of my vehicles. read more

These guys are simply angels! They're very caring and helpful. The gentleman helped me put on a lugnut and offered me Gatorade because it was hot. 10/10 customer service! read more

Surprisingly a pleasant trip. State inspection took 8 minutes. Dustin was really cool, got to work, and took care of the rest. (5) Supplemental info: 1.Is it ever packed/busier days? No, varies but less than 30 cars per week versus 30-60 per week the Cedar Park location receives. 2. Small, but quaint waiting area with plenty of fans. Tidy & clean. Neighboring a gas station and so not really any parking spots. You'd park next to a sign that says "park here for inspection etc" (Can't miss it). 3.Bring your insurance. ID if out of state plates. The site is extremely simple/helpful for pricing, what you need to bring, & some FAQs: http://www.stickerexpresstx.com/home-decor-styling/ 4. $18.50 for the safety & emissions I did. Will depend on what you go for/year of your car (check the website). Payment was after services. They take CC, but I did cash. No up-sell or any shenanigans. In-N-Out. 5. No stickers. Will need to find an HEB that has that service/renew online at state side so they can mail you the new "two in one sticker" etc. Was very glad and happy to take a gamble on this place. Will be back if I ever need. read more

Hands down, best state inspection experience I've had. This no frills joint got me in and out in literally 10 minutes, and that was with someone ahead of me. Great customer service and friendly staff. Highly recommend! read more

Went here early in the morning to get my car inspected for registration. The gentleman there was at first a bit frustrated for some reason which affected his customer service and also gave me a bad first impression but I found out he was having a bad day and towards the end of the day he apologized for his frustration. Everyone has bad days I can relate. Other than that I recommend this station. Quick and easy process. read more

Don't bother. They fail your car on dumb stuff like they don't want to earn money. Has happened on two separate cars so will not be back ever to waste my time. I took both cars to a quick lube afterwards. Both cars passed and I asked about the specific "violations" and was shown that they indeed passed inspection according to state regulations and if I was told they did not pass then the person had no clue what they were doing. read more

Very impressive customer service. Very friendly, helpful and fast service. I was impressed.

It says this place opens at 8AM, got there at 805 and waited 15-20 minutes and no one came out! Tried to call the phone number on the website and no answer. Very strange. Left and went somewhere else. read more

I've been to a number of these inspection stations in Austin area the past 6 or 7 years and this one is by far the best. From arrival time to out the door was less than 15 minutes total and there were two other customers ahead of us! No attempt to sell us anything other than the inpsection where the fees are pretty much the same ecerywhere. Very friendly and most of all clean and comfortable waiting area. (This is where many of the others fail). Worth the extra drive from anywhere in North/NW or NE Austin and the only place I would go if I lived in Pflugerville, Round Rock, Hutto, Taylor, Georgetown or Cedar Park/Leander. read more

Lightning fast inspection, I'll never waste time going to a regular auto shop for an inspection again!! Highly recommend this place, however if your car isn't going to pass inspection I don't believe they do repairs so that may be something to consider if your on the fence on if your car will pass or not! read more

Quick service in and out. Honest, professional and courteous. Perfect little hidden business. I'm glad I found them through Yelp and their great reviews! read more

Showed up to get inspection done before closing and the gentleman there wouldn't do it because it is too close to closing time....what?! Smh it says open until 6, not until he feels like it. Very disappointed. read more

I moved to Texas from out of state recently and had no idea what to expect with the whole state inspection process. (Back in Delaware the inspection is provided free of charge at the state DMV facilities at the same time the registration is renewed). I found Inspection Express on Yelp and was impressed by the reviews, so I hopped in my car and went to the Round Rock location. I'm so glad I did! I got lucky and had no cars ahead of me, so they were able to get me in immediately. I didn't catch the name of the technician but he was super nice and professional. I was out of there in 10 minutes at the most, and was very happy with the service and price. Definitely going to send my husband there with his car, and return annually for our future inspections! read more

Very fast. The inspector was very friendly and patient with me since I am hard of hearing and had some trouble understanding some of his instructions. I will go here again. read more

Fast, quick, efficient. No indoor seating, but you'll be out of there in no time anyways.

I think I've found my permanent inspection place! I showed up with no appointment. They came out right as soon as I drove up and I gave them my insurance card. After writing some things down, he took the car and I waited in the waiting room for 10 minutes TOPS. The staff were super friendly and approachable. I was not even satisfied but HAPPY when I left here in good time so I could continue on with my day! read more

Supervisor Clinton was great. Very friendly and got the job done quickly. This was my repeat visit and am very happy with the short wait and overall service. read more

I've done a couple of inspections here. It's quick and easy. All they do are inspections so they don't screw you over by trying to say things are wrong with your car when it's fine. Each time it took about 10 minutes so I was a fan. read more

Inspection express delivers on the word express! You are in and out in about 20 minutes.

Parnell is your best worker! I haven't worked as hard as him in the last six months as he did in the 20 minutes I was there! All young kids need to watch him work for 10 minutes and learn from him. Thank you Parnell! read more

Eric is a horrible and rude inspector. I took my camper trailer to have it inspected since I live right down the street. He was sitting by himself with headphones on playing with his phone when I apparently interrupted him. He rudely told me that he does not inspect trailers at this location and to go the the Cedar Park location. I drove 30 minutes to the Cedar Park location to find out that Eric lied to me!! Cedar Park is very nice and has great customer service. Eric needs to attend a customer service class or if he doesn't want to do his job then work somewhere else. read more

Like most places it's busy. So the 10 min means from the time you are attended. If you have an aversion to cigarette smoke it might be best to go elsewhere. They smoke in the building. Its open to outside but the smell and fumes still permeate into the waiting area. read more

I was there for state inspection, a young man said he is a manager, no smile/hi....etc...after less than 10 minutes, he said passed, I paid, left station and felt the engine running rough, I said what the hell he did to my truck? then when I stopped at repair shop, they found out that he f..up with my gas cap, they fixed it, cost my $$$$, I knew no way I can blame on him due to no evidence. So you guys need to be aware of this station. read more

In and out in under 10 minutes. Very pleasant attendant and reasonable price. Noticed that I had some half peeled registration stickers and went ahead and scraped them off for me. read more

We brought our truck and camper to get inspected. It was quick and easy, and inspector was polite. Will definitely go back next year. I would say there's not much room for big campers. It's pretty much in a Texaco gas station parking lot. read more

In and out fast, nice young man working, I will defiantly go back again with my other car.

Went in today for a vehicle inspection, there was one car ahead of me but i did not have to wait long. The vehicle inspection was prompt and courteous and got me out of there is about 10 minutes. I have gone there before and will continue due to the great customer service and quickness of the process. read more

!¡!AVOID!¡! Way over zealous!! Failed inspection for things that have passed 4 years in a row. I get it, ya want safe, but don't be be stupid. Than tried to charge me double!! read more

The service staff was too bothered to give direction to flow of traffic in a tiny busy parking lot. The wait time was not within ten minutes per car. Didn't even make it through the line before leaving from lack of service and knowledge from an overly replaceable staff. read more

Man, after going to some of the inspection-only in the Austin area I had low expectations, but I was thoroughly impressed! I was literally in and out in about 10 minutes! The guy that took care of me was super pleasant. I was a little worried because it was pretty cold and there is no true indoor seating, but that wasn't even an issue because I was out of there in no time. Will definitely be my go-to inspection place going forward. read more

This is my go to place now that i live outside of Austin. You always get in and out fast, even when there's a line. The people who run it are honest and will help you out with advice if they have any based off your situation. I always tell people invest in an OBD2 tester that has the emissions test and test it beforehand. It can save a lot of trouble, since that's usually the reason someone would normally fail. If you're looking for a thorough mechanic inspection where they test and check everything, then this isn't the stop for you, but if you want a quick inspection without a lot of hassle, then this is the place you should go. Places like this should be appreciated, there isn't many like it! read more

Went here to get my car inspected about a month ago. On my first visit, the car's coolant reservoir bubbled over and leaked out everywhere. Dustin was working and offered to help fix it. We drove back home to try another day. Came back a few days later and Eric was working. He was AWFUL. Just rude and unpleasant. Left and came back the next day when Dustin was working again. He was AWESOME! I highly recommend going to see him! read more

This place is awesome! I was a little concerned after reading some of the reviews about the guys customer service skills but when I went it was obvious that was just how his personality was. He was not rude at all and to be fair there are a lot of people out there who aren't big talkers. It took less than ten minutes and I was the only person there at the time so I had absolutely no wait. It was $18 and the fastest inspection I have ever received! read more

Got an inspection done here at about 5:30 PM on a Friday. I was very happy to find the shop still open, the Young man took my car right away and my Ford focus with 212,000 miles passed - so of course that was the result I was looking for! read more

My registration was coming due and by chance I received a coupon in the mail for discount off an inspection. It was very timely so I decided to give this place a try and went by on a Monday around 5:30p. I was prepared for a wait but was pleasantly surprised to find no line. In the past, I had gone to local garages and had often been told to return at a different time because their inspector was at lunch or off that day. That definitely wasn't the case here as the inspector was ready to go as soon as I pulled up. I told him I had a coupon for an inspection and he made sure I understood it was only $3 off, not $5. (The coupon value differed based on what time of day you show up. I could appreciate that he wanted to clarify that up front!) He asked for my insurance, which I handed to him, and then told me he'd have me out in ~10 minutes. I stepped into the waiting area, which is definitely "no frills", but it offered a great view of my car while he worked on it. A couple more drivers lined up shortly after and he briefly broke away from the inspection of my car to acknowledge them. I didn't notice if the inspector had a name tag but the receipt indicates his name was Parnell. I definitely appreciated how he approached his job. He handled everything quickly, politely, and efficiently, and true to his word, my inspection was done in about 10 minutes. He informed me that the result of my inspection was now in the system and then took my credit card for payment and applied the coupon discount. I definitely intend to come back next year and will recommend this location to my friends and family too. For maximum efficiency, definitely have your insurance ready when you pull up as it is the first thing you'll be asked for. read more
