She then asked them to install the spare tire and the service advisor (Robert) then started huffing and puffing about how they couldn't do it because the tire had a wheel lock. My wife saw them search for the wheel lock in the trunk and they allegedly could not find it so they refused to change the spare tire. However they happily quoted her 4x brand new tires and then tried to pressure her into changing all tires. Somehow they were willing to work through the wheel lock if she purchased 4x tires but not to replace the spare. The scammy pressure tactics frustrated her so she walked away. When she got home I looked in the same place they searched and the wheel lock key was nicely stashed next to the jack in the same place all other Lexus stores them. Go figure. I happily made my way to Costco Tires who were helpful and bought 4x tires with better warranty, better customer service and no scammy sale tactics.

They weren't going to tell me they had to replace the drain plug until I questioned them why my oil change was over $120.. No warning of the drain plug being worn down or nothing. Just carried on draining and "replaced" without asking. Also want to note they've been the only ones to change my oil on this vehicle, and they've had the change the drain plug twice within the last 3 or 4 visits.

What really stood out to me was their honesty and professionalism. They did not charge me anything for the inspection and simply gave me the information I needed. I have gone there for few years. Spent over $5000 there. The last 2 experiences have been horrible…read more My AC needed to be replaced after that, no issues with the AC. However after about a month, I noticed I had a parasitic draw, come out and battery was dead. Then I had the Service Engine Soon coming on for the O2 sensors. I brought it back they said they had a machine to scan for the parasitic draw, it found nothing, now they said it could be the battery causing the the parasitic draw. They replaced a very expensive battery with a much cheaper one, issue not fixed. They also replaced the O2 sensors and the Service Engine Soon light still coming on. The do the sensors they took out the radiator. A month or so later my car overheated, had to have it towed to my home. I tried to fill the radiator and it all came pouring out on to the ground. I found the bottom hose of the radiator, the hose clamp was never tightened, the hose was put back on the spout. I tightened the clamp and refilled the radiator, filled up without issue. Now I have a fried water pump or thermostat from the overheating. The amount of aggravation they caused me ridiculous. Extremely disappointed.
