Only has the 'deluxe' cookies available, such a disappointment, Will not be returning to this establishment.

Took a HOUR & A HALF almost to get like 6 cookies. Didn't even ask what car I drove for curbside pickup. Absolutely ridiculous.

Great! Price is decent. $1.65 per cookie but it's warm. Snickerdoodle, chocolate chunk, mint, m&ms among other flavors offered.

Had a slight issue with order but they were quick to fix. The s'mores cookies and triple chocolate are probably their best

BR has been on the decline nationwide but I haven't complained before. Being an optimist, I kept…read morehoping it would turnaround. But I'm about to give up. Today's North St shop was a little messy but not bad. The dead fly in the display cup sitting on the display case was icky but that could have just happened. The bathroom not having toilet paper may have just happened but the roll of paper towels set on the dispenser spot makes me think there's a management issue. Then the service. The young lady at the drive up clearly was busy and after waiting, going to the rest room, returning and waiting a bit more she turned to tell me she'd be right with me. After a while the guy making a sandwich (and had seen another day smiling, friendly, helpful) went to the DD side and stood there. After a bit another customer said the guy/clerk was trying to get my attention for an order. Ahhhh, I had no clue since I was facing the BR ice cream display at the far end and he was mostly hidden by displays at the far end of the DD area. I went over to let him know I wanted ice cream and then he went to the ice cream side. Hmmm.... Not sure what that was about. As he approached the ice cream area he walked with his eyes closed like he was asleep or about to pass out. Then he looked at me so I asked for a sample and he gave me a big scoop of a new flavor. Should I have asked if he was ok? Was he upset over something or ill or angry? No clue. I asked for 1 scoop. He put a spoon on the display top and I realized he wasn't going to offer scoop or cone so I pointed to a picture of the cone I wanted and asked if I could have that, though I didn't see any out. My mistake I now realize. He took stuff off an old box on a shelf and got out the cone, serving a generous portion. He said nothing as he rang me up then said the total while telling the trainee (? who was complaining someone moved the directions), that she was supposed to memorize the list. She replied she has memory lapses. Hmmm, and where's their supervisor to get the customer service back on track? I'm guessing someone gave this poor guy the Supervisor or Trainer's workload but no title or pay. Clearly he was demotivated compared to the last time I ate there. Back then he was the perfect customer service guy. So, back to my realization. The ice cream was perfect. The cone was less tasty than the paper wrapper on it. Stale, almost leathery. More like wet cardboard than cone. After the first bite I was too grossed out by the whole experience that I didn't want the cone anymore. Really I think BR has pushed me out their door and on to a competitor.

I went through the drive thru to pick up a web order, that was already paid for, and was told that they didn't have an order for me. I showed them the charge from my my bank, which clearly says Baskin Robins Nacogdoches. The pathetic excuse of a manager comes over, I show the charge from my bank, along with the order on my phone, and she refused to do anything. When I told her that was unacceptable, she threatened to call the law. I have been a regular customer since they opened. This was my 1st, and last dealing with that miserable, low life excuse of a manager, and with the Nacogdoches location, and with Dunkin-Baskin Robins period if corporate does not make this right.

We drove up for the drive-thru. Super slow Saturday just before noon. We see a white female and black female with headsets on both coming out of the dumpster area on a smoke break. Great. They go back in and we can place our order. We order: 2 bacon egg cheese wraps (because it's on special), 1 egg and cheese bagel (they only have multigrain and raisin cinnamon so we go with multigrain, 1 maple glazed donut, 1 glazed donut. We have to repeat our order about 3 times before it's correct. "Pull to the window the total." We pull up to the window, pay $8 and change and get handed a bag, told to pull around to wait for our sandwiches. In bag #1 is a maple glazed donut and a chocolate glazed. We check the receipt and everything is correct for our orders so no mistake on them getting the information. Gal brings us bag #2 from inside. There are two wraps with egg white and cheese only (no bacon). We can live with that. We tell the gal we need our glazed donut and bagel sandwich. She huffs as she goes back inside to retrieve the correct items. She comes out with two more bags (#3 and #4). A glazed donut and an egg white and cheese plain bagel. (Didn't ask for egg white, wanted multigrain bagel). At this point we have 4 bags and not the correct orders with 20 minutes wasted. This place HAS to work on customer service and get a strong leader. It is CLEAR from my review and others that employee training is severely lacking. I've stopped to get coffee here a handle of times and it's never correct either. Their donuts are dry and cold. Dunkin' is a big name for military families and you're really ruining it for us. We'll probably just stick to the local donut joints.

Top Line: Picked up a Blue Horse fudge bacon brownie $6 at Brendyn's BBQ yesterday along with a meal, saving the brownie as a treat for today. So returned to Brendyn's this afternoon to get tea for eating the brownie. Brownie is seriously heavy!! Very, very moist beneath the layer of baby chocolate chips and extraordinarily tender of crumb. Too much so I found. The block of chocolate cake-like brownie crumbled into pieces as I tried to pick it up. I finally resorted to pinching off small wads of it to pop into my mouth. While being very moist with oil density, the flavor profile was about on par with a supermarket bakery brownie. Plenty of chocolate taste, but minimal (if any) bacon smokiness shining through. Fudge's buttery brown sugar sweetness or cream's richness were likewise AWOL. So I'd say this was a decent $2.50 brownie. But nowhere near justifying the $6 ticket price I paid to get it, in spite of its moistness. If I'm in the neighborhood of Blue Horse's sticks 'n bricks location I may hit them up for a cupcake or some such to see how that flies. But no more brownies from them for me.

I'm not sure why they made it so tall either, is that an "IN" thing? It was hard to cut and honestly didn't even fit a dessert plate LOL. I dunno maybe there's a way to cut that style. My request was last mintute but I don't really thing it would've been a big deal anyway because they had duplicates already on the table. It was okay, I wouldn't order it again though TBH. It's a cute bakery but there needs to be a few improvements on taste/texture. The coffee isn't that great either but there's not really a lot of options around. I know the next day after the Festival there was a coffee truck on the main square and that was GOOD! I can't remember the name of it but if there's a coffee truck in that area, they serve some BAD AS coffee!
