I decided to buy a couple of their tartlets, seeing as I didn't want to walk out and purchase nothing. She threw in a free cupcake. The tartlets - the tart shell was totally undercooked, the feeling was nothing special. In fact the custard tart I got had no taste. The cupcake - the cake was extremely dry, the frosting although it had a nice flavor, left a waxy feeling in my mouth. I love to support small businesses, but I was totally turned off by my experience. I know quite a bit about pastries and baked goods, I honestly would never go back and discourage anyone from purchasing their products unless they did a complete overhaul.
