The staff was hardworking and were moving things along to get everyone served in a timely fashion. My friend and I shared a variety 6 pack of warm , delicious cookies. My 3 consisted of choc chunk , oatmeal /raisin and peanut butter. All were tasty but my fav was the peanut butter! It was so moist and delicious!!! The inside of the shop was clean. Do not order from this place. We waited two and a half hours for our cookies. Countless calls about where it was (I live very close). Kept being told they were lost. If I could give zero stars, I would. I placed an order for cookies to be delivered via the Insomnia app at 7:32 pm. By 8:45 pm, they had not been delivered so I called the store. I was told that the driver had returned to the store and just said he delivered them. I asked "where?" and was told that he "couldn't remember where." I then inquired as to how that happens. I was told "he honestly could have given them to someone else but I'll have another driver send you some more and throw in some extra cookies." I asked how long that would take and was told that they don't know an estimate because they cannot track their drivers. I then said, "well how am I supposed to know if they're coming in an hour or two or three?" The person on the phone told me that they only have two drivers and the one who delivered mine was gone (ALTHOUGH JUST ONE MINUTE PRIOR I WAS TOLD HE WAS THERE). Whatever. I accept the offer. A new deliverer arrives fairly quickly. Upon opening my box, I realize half my order is missing and the cookies are certainly old.
