It was so nice to actually talk to the person who is going to be installing the water heater rather than just making an appointment through an answering service. He's been installing water heaters for 20+ years. My husband and I originally wanted a tankless water heater, but Chris took the time to explain the pros and cons. I asked about other options and he explained various hot water tank options. Chris advised a high-recovery 50-gallon water heater alone would likely meet our needs, but we chose to add a mixing valve for even more available hot water. We have not run out of hot water yet, so I'm very happy. The installation took only about 40 minutes, and we couldn't be happier with the service, communication, and professionalism. Highly recommend!

Brandon went the extra mile and helped me iron out details like where to get specific parts from and was available to jump on a call and walk me through the repair. That level of support was so unexpected and so reassuring. His advice was critical since the parts I was looking at home depot weren't really compatible. Thanks Brandon and water heater doctor. The plumber told everything by phone and never sent an actual estimate as I requested, despite my asking for him to send me a full estimate. He also noticed that the pressure in our underfloor heating system was insufficient, which could cause air bubbles and eventually damage the water pump over time, so he kindly adjusted and increased the pressure for us. In addition to the quick fixes, he provided valuable maintenance advice, explaining how often a gas water heater should be serviced.
