They arrived with 3 minutes left in the scheduled 2 hour repair window. And the worst part is that they truly do not care how their incompetence impacts and inconveniences their customers and their customers' neighbors. I have read some of the negative comments about this company, and am amazed at how the same, obviously thin-skinned, guy who chastises his own customers for not picking up the phone, reaching out and trying to resolve situations chose not to even try to call, reach out or try to resolve this situation. Hypocrisy much? Anyway, Danika plumbing had been recommended by an HOA member and I had previously used the company for a plumbing issue in 2019, with which I had been satisfied, so I decided to reach out to them for a current plumbing issue in my condo in Capitol Hill, Seattle. Travis, who was punctual and professional, was the first technician to be dispatched. He diagnosed the issue, but since I live in a condo building, notice of a water shut-off would need to be sent to all residents prior to the repair. He had mentioned the difficulty of finding parking in the area, so the company was well aware of the average drive time and time to find parking. The next day, Thursday, I called to schedule the repair for Thursday of the following week, which gave them plenty of time to schedule their resources and for me to coordinate with the HOA to send a notice of water shut off to the other residents in the building. I was advised that the repair appointment would be from 10.00am to 12.00pm, at which time I advised that there was no full-time building maintenance/manager and that the technician would need to shut the water off and drain the building (a process that would take approximately 20 minutes.) At 9.38am on the day of the appointment I received a text that the technician was on the way to my address for the 10am appointment. At 10.30am, when nobody had arrived or called with an update, I decided to call to ask why nobody had arrived yet. They seemed surprised or unaware but said they would reach out to the technician. At 10.42am I received a call from the technician, saying that he had to stop at Home Depot for a tool, that the traffic was bad and that he was still about 40 to 50 minutes out. The average drive time from Everett to Seattle is 40 to 50 minutes!!! One hour after being 'dispatched' he clearly had not even left, or had only just left, Everett. He said that he would be there at 11.30am, but assured me he could get the water drained and the repair completed in time to get the water back on by 12.00pm. He said it would save time if I would be willing to turn the water off and drain the building. Since I am neither qualified nor insured to do so, I declined. At 11.57am, with 3 minutes left in the 2 hour repair window, 3 minutes to when the water needed to be back on for the other residents and a full 2 hours and 19 minutes after Danika said he was dispatched, I received a call to let me know he had arrived at the property. He apologized and made numerous excuses about traffic, difficulty finding parking and having to get a tool at home depot (all of which, any company with a modicum of understanding of good customer service, let alone common sense, would have built into their scheduling beforehand) but had difficulty explaining why, even considering those factors, how it could have taken 2 hours and 19 minutes from time of dispatch to arrive at his job site. He told me to reach out to the office to reschedule, seemingly unbothered that I had taken time off from work for this appointment and that my neighbors had gone without using water for 2 hours for no reason at all, or that we would have to do it all over again for a second time. I advised him that the text saying that he was dispatched at 9.38am and on his way to my address was clearly untrue and dishonest, that it was an awful way to treat customers, and that I was not sure that I was either comfortable or confident in rescheduling with a company that had such low regard for its customers. Nonetheless, he said he would talk to his manager and have them reach out. Nobody from Danika ever reached out for the rest of the day. This morning at 11.15am, with no attempt being made to salvage the situation, or at the very least an apology, I called and requested that they reimburse the payment I had made for the repair that was never done. At that time I was told that accounting, the previous evening, had noted that they had issued a refund check. It is unbelievable that this company, obviously aware of the issues and inconvenience it had caused myself and my neighbors, made a conscious decision that they did not even need to reach out and apologize. Do better!!! Honesty is a good place to start!!! 2 hours 19 minutes to get from Everett to Seattle. On a bicycle maybe!

They used their boring machine to lay a new pipe under huge boulders, our lawn and our concrete pad. We appreciated the minimal disruption to our landscaping. We've had our new water line for a year and we've had zero issues. I appreciated that Done Right has their own machine for underground drilling and establishing new water mains. We have a brand new water line, we've had zero issues, and we are confident we will have no future issues. We had a miscommunication about who would secure the permit, but as soon as I brought it to Done Right's attention, Wendy and Steve took care of it immediately and we had an approved permit in a matter of a week. This company does a really professional, high-quality job and I would entrust my property to them in the future. In addition, I felt that their price was very, very reasonable. The cheapest option when it comes to plumbing is DEFINITELY NOT ALWAYS THE BEST OPTION! When it comes to plumbing, you want to make sure the job is done right. I recommend this company.

The agreement on the phone was $150 to do the diagnostic and it will be reimbursed back once we decide to go ahead to fix the problem. However, the technician Ben quoted us $700 for a 2 hour job. The break down costs was $180 for the parts and $520 for the labor. It is extremely expensive and I explained to Ben that to charge me more than $250 ($260) per hour for labor is not justified and he jacks up the price just because he's already there. In the mean time we already called another plumber who will do the same job for $500 including parts! Based on the principle not to use dishonest and opportunistic company, I decided just to pay him the diagnostic fees and sent him away even though I will have to wait and pay another Plumber to come out. Buyer beware!!! Dear business owner, I did not black mail Ben. I asked him to lower the price because it is unethical and is extremely high comparing to another licensed plumber.
