After showing pictures and going over it several times, the person that did my hair acted like they didn't care at all they completely got it wrong! She was very unprofessional. Most of the time I was there, she was talking to other stylists about her personal life and how she was so tired because she did some type of race and that she wished she hadn't had to work that day, when she realized that she made a complete mess of my hair, she continued to act like it was fine and that in a few weeks I would like it . When I told her I did not like it at all, she just started making excuses. I would never recommend the salon , and I honestly think that they really don't care about their customers or losing them . I left there completely unsatisfied and was charged full price. when they admitted that they completely got it wrong. . After I just really wanted to get out of there. I had to go to another salon the next day to have it fixed. I was never contacted again. They never apologized and they made it a point to tell me that they would be in communications with me to set up another appointment to help fix the problem that they made, because they couldn't finish it because they didn't have the time that day. I really think that it was poor customer service. I am just glad that I was able to find a salon that was able to help me and fix the problem that they made.

However, my last two haircuts were uneven and grew out poorly, and my most recent visit with my 11-year-old daughter was entirely unacceptable. ​During our appointment, my stylist heavily lectured my daughter about heat styling and using heat spray, making passive-aggressive comments about how her own mother never taught her these things so she had to teach my daughter--all while I was standing right there. It felt incredibly disrespectful and intrusive, and it made my daughter very uncomfortable. ​Furthermore, the stylist made an offensive comment to us about how she "refuses to cut anyone's hair if it's too damaged" because of "where she is in her career." My daughter and I prefer to keep our hair long and don't get frequent cuts, and being judged or shamed for our hair condition by a professional we've trusted for years was highly disappointing. ​To make matters worse, the salon environment felt completely unmanaged. Another client and his mother were allowed to hover closely around my daughter. Despite her being visibly upset and uncomfortable, the other stylists simply brushed it off saying, "Oh, he won't touch you," instead of respecting her personal space or intervening. ​After ten years of loyalty, the drop in technical quality and the complete lack of professional boundaries and awareness during this last visit means we will not be returning.
