We have had our security with Watchdog since the late 1990's, after a break-in at our home. We called Watchdog and requested someone come out and talk with us about their services and our needs. Steve told us about his company first and after numerous questions about what we were looking for, he wrote us out a quote and told us to feel free to check other Security companies before making a decision. He was quite comfortable with his products and the services Watchdog provided. As you can tell from this writing, of course we went with Watchdog. We were more than satisfied with his over and aboard attention to our needs. In 2006, when we started building our new "Dream Home", we didn't hesitate. We called Watchdog Security, the one and only call we made. Steve was here with us after our Dream Home flooded on August 16, 2016, knocking out pretty much everything in the house. He came right out and restored our service on a temporary basis as the house had to be ripped down to the studs from the floors to about 5 feet up. After that lengthy process, Watchdog came out and restored full service to the house. Everything was good until we decided to do away with our Landline telephone after being in service from 1990 until recently. Steve gave us a price for setting up WI FI monitoring and some other services and we got it installed yesterday, February 8, 2024, We are superbly happy with Watchdog Security and it's owner, Steve Wyble!

I quickly realized that she did not hear me because I was more than six feet away from her. She demonstrated courtesy and professionalism throughout my time there. My uncle and I were seeking a copy of a desk key and at first she discovered that she had no blanks. She mentioned that another company may have it, but I stated to her that we were referred to Rolland. She took the extraordinary step and called the manufacturer of the key. She then was able to arrange it where the manufacturer would send my uncle two (2) copies of his desk key to his home for absolutely FREE. It doesn't get any better than that.

The thieves at Premium Parking illegally booted my car at one of their lots in the French Quarter…read more I simply changed my tire and put the tire with the boot in the trunk. The next day I took the rim with the boot still attached to Rolland Safe. My family has been using Rolland Safe to service our safes for many years and they have always done a tremendous job. If you need to purchase a safe or have a safe serviced in the New Orleans area, this is your first stop. However, I digress. I took my rim with the boot from the Premium Parking lot to Rolland. They removed that boot from my rim in under three minutes and only charged me $6. *Note to EVERYONE. A private lot immobilizing (booting) your private property is illegal. Yes, they can have your car towed off of their property if you are parked illegally or have not paid for parking but they CANNOT immobilize your vehicle. Simply remove the wheel and put it in your trunk, replace with your spare and bring the wheel to Rolland Safe to be removed for $6. If you have a drill you can remove it yourself for free however I like supporting the local economy.

The locks all worked to day until you showed up and picked the lock. Now the stem is frozen, will not go up or down and you admitted coming moo my residence to make a key. You admitted picking the lock . I saw you pick the lock with a device from your tool selections. Noe it doesn't work. The problem is when I just went to lock the car up for the night it doesn't work, you left here less than two hours ago and no one else has been near the car. No one has tried to pick the lock.. I called to have you take a look and fix this and you denied having anything to do with it. This is unacceptable behavior for a craftsmen and unprofessional. You are responsible for getting this lock repaired. You were unable to cut a new key and were unable to figure out who could as you promised.. You do not represent your comp[any well.
