The reason these new appliances are able to be sold at discounted prices is because of scratches, dents, or missing parts. Owner was friendly and helpful. I called today (too lazy to find another source for this product), explained my past difficulties and asked to deal with Noel directly, Noel promised to call me back with a quote. I receive a call back - not from Noel, but from the hapless salesperson who delayed my DIY project a month. When I expressed my frustration to him, he said ok, goodbye.
