Yet, when I arrived and told them of my troubles finding a decorative vent hood for a 10 ft ceiling, they got RIGHT ON IT. Since we were soon planning to put our house up for sale. One of their guys even installed it on his day off. They were an absolute godsend. Can't thank them enough. Wonderful people!

This happened 4 times in a row, each time requiring me to call back a week later to re-request it. Then it'd slip his mind again. I called today (too lazy to find another source for this product), explained my past difficulties and asked to deal with Noel directly, Noel promised to call me back with a quote. I receive a call back - not from Noel, but from the hapless salesperson who delayed my DIY project a month. When I expressed my frustration to him, he said ok, goodbye. Guess he's heard it all before. There are better flooring companies around. I'd avoid this one.

I should've called them first, but we saved the best for last! From my first call with Freddy, visit to the showroom with Samantha, precision measurements with David, to Axcel and the installation crew, the service was top-notch. Freddy is extremely friendly, helpful, upbeat, and professional. It was such a pleasure to work with him as the contact person throughout the project. Samantha was gracious enough to show me the actual piece of granite outside in the sunlight which makes a huge difference with lighting. David's precision, laser measurement is truly on-point. The installation crew was extremely careful & efficient. They texted with a 30 minute ETA first thing in the morning and the job was complete before I finished my second cup of coffee. Last but not least, the quality of the finished product is outstanding, especially considering affordability of the price. Good job Team Luxury!!! We will use y'all on future projects and will recommend you guys any chance we get!!!

Great help for those who fear making a mistake in choosing light fixtures. Lena, my sales lady,…read morewas an amazing guide through the herculean tasks of lighting a small retirement home. She had the lighting plans from my builder on file and we went step by step and coordinated a wonderful plan for the whole house. Expert advice on sizes of fixtures appropriate for the space axed my tendency to choose fixtures too small thinking a small house needed small. Of course lighting stores have always been a panic attack trigger because of the endless choices hanging above overwhelming my thoughts. But, this sales lady knew my builder's budget and quizzed me on my taste and guided me toward a delightful plan. The lights are up and are getting rave reviews from construction workers, nosy neighbors, normally critical relatives and my dear practical husband who has a dormant aesthetic gene. I was given pictures in color of all fixtures and this was invaluable on installation day and as a reference for other decor choices. The great news is I was spot on my budget except for adding some light kits for bedroom fans which are not normally done with the modern use of abundant cans in home lighting. The bottom-line is Pine Grove is a cut above any lighting store I have encountered where you are respected as a client regardless of the size of you house or lighting budget.

He could have easily said nothing and sold me the door (which was perfect for my needs) and made a full $60. But, George is honest and has always dealt that way.
