I have put off owning a MG ladder for years, but I finally lost the battle. Steve's ladders are well built, but seemed a little expensive. It was around $120 with tax and comes with wheels for easy dragging to and from the parades. The safety strap kept the kids secure and they enjoyed being up high to watch the parade. The staff at Steve's were very friendly. I recommend this place and hope more people frequent their store.

It used to be a nice place but the customer service now isn't even sub par!

Our dogs seem to enjoy the 4Health brand, and it doesn't give them stomach issues like other foods we have tried. I had a very frustrating experience with the Covington Home Depot. The store representatives were…read moreextremely unprofessional and unhelpful. I even called corporate customer service while at the store, and the corporate representative was also placed on hold for a significant amount of time trying to reach the store. To make matters worse, a store representative marked my pickup order as completed, yet 20 minutes later I am still waiting in the pickup area for my mulch. No one is available to assist, and the gate is chained, preventing access to the product. This level of service is unacceptable. Customers should not have to track down assistance after an order has been marked complete. I hope management addresses these issues so future customers do not experience the same lack of professionalism and support. Crystal store rep was able to resolve my concerns very professionally.

They all seem to have great knowledge of their inventory and an impressive understanding of what you genuinely need. They are also very generous with their advice. I am now a Harbor Freight member and as such save a lot more at their frequent sales and on advertised specials.
