Myra is an ABSOLUTE professional. Her customer service is second to none. Every time I called she answered (or responded not long after), every question I had she answered, every step of the way she kept me informed. IRS ought to clone her and just let her do the whole darn thing! If don't have somebody helping you with your taxes, you need to sign up with her.
