I picked The Prestige Solution because the response time to my inquiry was fast and upon speaking to Myra, I felt as though she cared about my circumstance and wanted try to help me. Myra worked on my issue for about a year with complete success and this was all without any assistance from me. My time was respected and valued as a busy person this part was appreciated. Myra is trustworthy and honest and compassionate; I gave her my problem and she fixed it. Worthy of noting, we talked on the phone, texted, emailed, and FaceTime, never in person....trust is essential and Myra can be trusted which is of great value within itself! While the attorney did meet with me and my son…read moreat the initial court date, the support provided beyond that point was minimal and ultimately unhelpful throughout the process. In the state of Louisiana, the outcome for a first-time DUI offense is largely predetermined, which limits the need for extensive legal intervention. Aside from a meeting to express my concerns and clarify the OMV process--which I had to explain myself--there was little value received to justify the $4,500 retainer. I will be exploring other legal options in the future, should the need arise, though I sincerely hope it does not.

Then, about a month later, they suddenly decided to drop the case. During that entire time, I received little to no communication. If they did not believe my case was worth taking, they should have been honest from the beginning instead of wasting an entire month. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this firm. Next time, I will definitely choose a veteran-focused attorney who understands the importance of communication and standing behind their clients.
