Things didn't break right and we weren't able to get them in to leave them over night so we had to come in the day we were rolling out of town. Jack was very understanding and took care to get them turned around for us quickly. Most shops would have hustled it and done a botch job but they came out super slick. Grateful to my buddies for a stellar recommendation and to Jack in the tune shop for living up to it! Thanks again!

Special thanks to Mike @ Pinnacle, who's subject mater expertise, patienence, and genuine personality, made the visit (including the 30 min detour) all the worth the while. After discussing four different ski options with Mike, and two days of demos, I opted to purchase a pair and could not be more thrilled. Thank you Mike, & Pinnacle, for such a pleasant customer experience and successful purchase of my first pair of skis!

I've been in a couple of times this week to grab necessities, and they've been fantastic. Knowledgeable, helpful, patient with my rowdy toddler. Awesome store that I would highly recommend for both their gear selection, and specifically their extremely reasonably priced repair services!

Ranch camp is the best option I've found for family dining with kids. We chose Ranch Camp because…read morethere were plenty of options for the vegan contingent of the family, but it also ended up being the best place for my two year old nephew (and his sisters and cousins). The space is really large, there is a nice outside area, and there are bikes to look at! Plus, there are plenty of kid arts supplies at the hostess station and the staff are so kid-friendly! In fact, the service is top notch all around, which is particularly notable because Stowe, like many big tourist areas, seems to have, let's say, an often inattentive service culture. I liked all the options (vegan, gluten free, customizable protein) available on the menu. I had the rock power bowl with chicken, which was filling and nourishing and full of good stuff (greens, brown rice, black beans, avocado, corn). My only suggestion would be to add cheese (for non-vegans). It could haxe used a little salt. The burritos were huge and got thumbs up from around the table. The kids meals were high quality, genuine not boxes mac and cheese.

Unfortunately, we had a poor experience tonight and won't be returning. We ordered burritos - and either they scraped the bottom of the rice or it was sitting out too long because it had dried out to the level of becoming stone-hard. They offered to make us a replacement, which we appreciated, but then took 20 minutes to do so. Understandable if they had to prepare a fresh batch of rice. After that though, we kept waiting for our check for 15 more minutes with no server in sight. We finally got up and checked out at the bar. After paying $54 for a meal we really were disappointed in, we feel we really have no reason to return sadly. The flavors seemed good, if only they could've cared about the execution details and customer service. I wish I could've tried the falafel burger and nachos - both sound good.

100% worth it. Literally- don't pass up this company!…read more We were traveling from Louisiana (where there's no need for snow clothes) to Colorado where we would definitely need weather appropriate clothing. KitLender had it all. I ordered a full kit for myself (a north face jumpsuit, boots, gloves, and goggles) as well as a pair of snow pants. My husband got a snow bib and boots. And my toddler got a full kit (snow bib, jacket, boots, mittens, and goggles). ALL of this for a fraction of the cost to buy. However, the best part was I had to pack NONE of it. It was delivered to my lodge, we used it, repacked it, and it was picked up by FedEx from the lodge to go back to KitLender. I think it was the least stressful part of our family vacation (lol). WILL DEF BE USING AGAIN! THANKS KL!

Zero stars if that were an option. Absolute failure when it mattered most…read more I ordered ski clothing from Kit Lender for 9 people nearly a full month in advance (28 days) for what was supposed to be a once-in-a-lifetime family trip to Big Sky. We did everything right to avoid issues. Kit Lender did everything wrong. When FedEx tracking showed delays, I proactively contacted the company on December 31. I was reassured they were "working on options." That reassurance turned out to be meaningless. Fast forward to January 2, the night before our 8am flight, and suddenly I'm told nothing can be done. It gets worse. When I called customer service, I was actually told that I should drive to Billings, Montana to pick up the shipment myself from a FedEx warehouse. Let that sink in. Their proposed solution was that I abandon my travel plans to fix their logistics failure. I asked a very reasonable question: why not arrange Saturday delivery, since the items were already sitting at the Billings FedEx facility? I was told a manager named Ben would call me back after speaking with FedEx. He never did. Instead, Ben sent a dismissive email claiming FedEx doesn't deliver to business addresses on weekends. I immediately responded clarifying that we were staying in a private home, not a business. No response. I called again asking for Ben. The person who answered hesitated, clearly knew who I was, and said "uhhh... is this Nikki?" before telling me Ben would call me shortly. He never did. I have now called four times and am sent straight to voicemail. No callback. No urgency. No ownership. Here's the part that matters most: This was a bucket-list trip for my mother, who has breast cancer. She asked for her children and their partners to take her skiing in Big Sky. We spent an enormous amount of money on this trip. And thanks to Kit Lender's complete lack of accountability, we are arriving with no ski clothing for anyone and scrambling at the last minute to fix a problem that should never have happened. Yes, they offered a refund. And then they disappeared. Refunds don't fix ruined plans. Refunds don't replace lost time. Refunds don't excuse a total failure of customer care when things go wrong. Every company looks good when everything goes smoothly. Kit Lender showed exactly who they are when things were in distress. The answer was silence, deflection, and indifference. If your trip matters to you, do not trust this company. When it counted, they did not care -- not about our vacation, not about solutions, and certainly not about their customers.

The experience was superb. The store takes a smallish footprint on Mountain Road on the way to the Stowe resort. Plenty of seating, well-stocked displays and a friendly and attentive shopkeeper. The technology is quite different than when I made by Surefoot boots at Whistler many years ago. Much more of a comfortable experience, and with the attendant explaining every step of the process. The boots now have Integrated heaters to make even a more pleasant experience. Yes they are not cheap but considering that boots are the number one determinant of both, enjoyment of the sport as well as performance on the snow, custom made boots are a great value. And my sister in law got a really nice ski helmet on sale, on top of that. Happy customers throughout.
