Filthy dirty, bedding with stains, old coffee still in pot, old socks on the floor with other garbage. when staff contacted they were rude and only changed the top sheet. Would strongly advice everyone to stay away from the dump. Your money can certainly be spent better elsewhere!! Pictures don't begin to show how gross it was

They wouldn't even post my review I wrote for them which was polite and much briefer than this one.

I stayed here to drop my son off in Pullman, Washington for college. I have also stayed closer to Pullman when I could get a hotel and was treated very well there because they recognized that Coug families come to stay a lot. This was not the case at Inn America. The lady at the front counter offered no greeting, no smile, nothing. She just said, "Name?" I know she didn't have a big gray wig and a cigarette hanging out of her mouth with glasses on the end of her nose but her attitude and demeanor suggested so. Our room could best be described as, "Lipstick on a Pig." They clear did some sort of updates. My door handle was covered in sawdust. Only one of our keycards worked and with much jimmy rigging. The floors were dusty. I regret not taking pictures in the bathroom but you'll just have to stick with my description. The bathroom door had recently been painted but it looked as though there was a bunch of dust or sand in the paint because it was kind of chunky looking and thick drip markers along the base of the door. The tub had a brown ring stain on the bottom. The faucet was extremely hard to turn. There was a large screw in the middle of the faucet that looked as if it was driven in by the Incredible Hulk because it literally twisted the metal in the center. The mattresses were bouncy and gave us back pain and the tv was old and grainy. To top it off, when I was checking out, I carried a smile and greeting but the lady at the counter did not. Here entire encounter with me consisted of one letter, "K." That was all I got. I sort of backed away unsure if she needed anymore from me. Honestly I would give a better review if the people had at least been polite but they weren't. To make matters completely worse, although my review was simple, polite, and just to the point, they did not post my review and that is the picture I got. Ridiculous way to handle customers with legitimate concerns. I would not suggest staying here.

Bed bug on front desk of Inn America Lewiston ID

Don't stay at this hotel! Very dirty. Woke to bed bugs. I caught one and showed it to the front desk. (picture of the bug on the front desk below) The staff acted as that was normal and would not even refund the night.

I had stayed here in the past and it was never an issue. It wasn't anything fancy but that was fine. I stayed two weeks ago and absolutely horrible experience. They put me in the handicap room which I didn't mind, but it reeked of period blood. The floors didn't look like they'd been vacuumed, there was junk in the desk, a mini fridge shelf on the floor, no shower curtain and when I went to go ask for one the girl at the front just handed it to me. I thought about switching rooms and the other one just smelled stale. So stale smell or period blood. When I finally went to bed the linens looks like they just tucked the blanket over the slept in sheets. I was so tired I just gave up. I will never be coming back. And yes I did take it up with 2 front desk staff and the manager, all I got was "I'm sorry, we just got new cleaning staff and haven't been checking their work." Never again.

Do not stay here. They over booked us so we went to another hotel and now they refuse to refund us.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. We called down to the front desk and requested a couple more towels, staff delivered towels in just a few minutes. There's a huge parking area and a park. I trusted it was handled, but during my most recent stay, I began experiencing itching from what looked like bug bites. Subsequently, I discovered the mattress seams were covered with debris -- hair, toenail clippings, crumbs, several live carpet beetle larvae, and another unidentified bug. Front desk staff moved me to another room on another floor, which was in the same unsanitary and filthy condition under the mattress. I checked out immediately. Management later offered a generic apology and 10,000 points, only after I reached out myself. They didn't reply to my follow up email when I explained this is a health and sanitation issue, not an inconvenience. The lack of response is concerning. This property clearly has an ongoing pest and housekeeping problem that poses a public health concern. I'm posting this so Hilton corporate is aware and guests can make an informed decision before booking.

After a long day of being on the river in 100+ degrees weather, the hotel was a welcome sight. The hotel was clean and check in for our group was very easy. The room was spacious, and modern. The towels were fluffy, air conditioner was perfect and the beds were comfortable. They also offer a breakfast buffet and free Wi-Fi . We were thirsty and hot and headed down to their restaurant (Meriwether's Bistro) to have a meal. They also have MJ Barleyhoppers brewhouse, which is family friendly. The bartender, Riley was very professional and made us feel welcome. He listened to my food allergies and recommended a terrific entree of King Salmon. He also informed us that this is the only full service hotel in all of Lewiston. Our stay was short because of the jet boat adventure, but I know we will definitely return to Lewiston and this hotel in the near future.

Upon entering room, I see that the toilet is full of poop. The front desk arranged for housekeeper to come clean. My room is close to the ice machine. One man was getting multiple loads of ice, lasting more than 30 minutes. Ended just before 10am when I asked the front desk to switch rooms. I was told no rooms were available. About 150 guests in the hotel this evening are getting up at 4am in order to leave by 5:30am. Not easy to get to sleep with so much noise. The front desk should warn people of the potential for noise.

Beyond that, I enjoyed the ambiance of the lobby, where I sat and read for several hours, as various people came in and chatted with the staff. Not five stars. $100 a night passes for low-cost, these days; still, I thought they could have made sure the bathroom sink drained normally. I didn't much care for the breakfast. Sugary orange drink instead of OJ, no plain water to drink, only a toasted bagel or a dubious egg biscuit & sausage casserole for hot food. It was free - but when I got to the plastic knives that were too flimsy to spread cream cheese on my bagel, I felt that maybe the cost-cutting had gone a bit overboard. Overall, it was acceptable. It wasn't as nice and new as the competing places tend to be, but it gave me what I needed, at a lower cost than most of those competitors.

Since this is not a Plus property (a BW Plus is under construction just down the street) I wasn't sure what to expect but this place is fine.

The staff was friendly. There were no weird smells in the hallways or ancient elevator. The floorplan is odd and the walls are thin, at one point it sounded like someone was attempting to enter our room through the ceiling. There is a railroad 8' from the rear of the building that our room directly overlooked, thankfully it doesn't run on weekends. The little coffee pot was inches away from the toddler sized toilet with a seat that was barely hanging on and could only be flushed once a day. When I closed the shower curtain there was a used washcloth hanging between the rings, I put that on the floor for housekeeping. The bed was super comfy and springy like the ones in grandmas spare room, so we got really good sleep. I will definitely spend the extra $$$ for a quality hotel and read the reviews first from now on.

To give you an idea I put two bottles of water in the freezer part and did not even develope a slight freeze overnight. 2-The desk is nice but there is no light or outlet to plug in your laptop. And to add insult to injury the pnuematic chair will not stay adjusted to desk height so when you sit in it it slowling goes down. 3-Carpets. Looks dirty and with stains. 4-The refrigerator is in an open cabinet with a microwave on top. I have no idea with the amount of dust but it is nasty looking. For 170.00 I was not expecting the Hilton but I was expecting a nice room that after a 13 hour drive I could lay back and relax. Not the case, sad to say. If I was not so exhausted from my drive and if it was not 9:30 at night I would have gone down to the office to ask my reservation be cancelled and my card credited. But I was just to exhausted like I said after a 13 hour drive.
