A very nicely maintained park, comfortable and friendly. They went out of their way to be helpful to our large group. We had a great time enjoying the river and nature. The location is close to everything. We paddled our kayaks and rode the bike path to Asotin. What a blast!

Kickin' back and enjoying the view from our riverfront site.

This place is very nice. If you have the opportunity to book a riverfront site, take it! Very clean sites, friendly staff, great location, and adjacent to a nice bike path along the river that goes all the way to the town of Asotin. We really enjoyed this peaceful retreat and you'd never know you are within walking distance to Costco and Walmart, which came in handy during our stay.

We just returned home from a 6,594 mile RV trip and we have concluded Premier RV Resort, Clarkston, WA, was the nicest park we stayed in. The setting on the Snake River is perfect. Do not be afraid to back in because a lot of the back-in sites back right up to the river and only a few yards away is a well planned cement walk along the river. The bathrooms are as nice as you'd find in anyone's up scale home. Tile showers, granite counters. CLEAN! the grounds were immaculate. Costco just a hop skip and jump away as well as the handy Cannabis stores. Grab a sloppy burger at the 410-Drive-n down the street and sit along the river and enjoy.... I'd go there again, and I live 2-states away. Oh, and the laundry room is just as nice.

We drove from San Francisco to Lewiston Idaho and stayed across the river in this resort trailer park.

We pulled in, headed to the office, and found the three folks waiting to check us in like we were long-lost friends. Unlike the other review, these folks were cheerful, friendly, and had a sense of humor. We were quickly assigned a spot and settled in. Probably 90% of the RV's in here are permanent residents, and the spots left open for 'drifters' like us are near the front of the park. You get some street noise, but not so much as to make it annoying. The park is clean and neat. While we didn't use their bathrooms, our friends did, and said they were clean and nice. Most sites have at least a small grass patch and they are watered and maintained well. This is not a fancy schmancy RV Resort with tons of luxury amenities, but it IS a clean, relatively quiet, safe place to duck in for a night (or two) and replenish your rig. Both Costco and a Super Walmart are close by. Overall, it's a nice place to get off the road.

The management here is terrible, and complaints to the owner (when you finally grow tired of trying…read moreto make things work with the managers) are met with hostility. Never have I seen such outrageously poor customer service. Spend your hard earned money anywhere else than here. Even if the management changed, I would not return until a new owner is in place.

Pretty bare bones city RV park, with no camp host. Sites are gravel, surprisingly level, FHUs, and…read morethere are some random square concrete patches between sites that seemed out of place. It is an old campground, though. But it's right smack in the middle of town, and minutes from anywhere you are heading. There is a tent area, and let's just say that those folks were probably NOT on a groovy walking tour of the Palouse, wink wink. I did consider carrying some hollow-point insurance on this trip, but saw it was going to be a full park, with parents dropping off their college kiddos at WSU, so thought that little extra measure was unnecessary this time. Considering there are no brick & mortar bathroom/shower facilities, the $35-night fee is pretty reasonable. But there is a large pee-atorium for folks like us that don't hook up our sewer line. Wifi wasn't great, but you can check weather/email/basics, and I always appreciate that. We'd have no problem staying here, again...

Walking distance to shops, brewery and restaurants and short drive to the biggest Walmart I've ever seen (Not a Walmart fan, but this is a great store). You can only stay up to 10 days, but it's quick and easy to reserve online.
