Amazing and safe place to stay. We stayed for about 6 months and were always happy with what was provided. Park staff are outside cleaning/fixing things 24/7. The managers were always easy to reach, and super helpful! Everyone around the park was kind and friendly as well. P.S. We were parked right next to Costco and the noise never bothered us. read more

This is one of my favorite RV parks. We've stayed here twice, now. Overall, the park is great. Very pretty, well-maintained. Great views of the Snake River and Lewiston Hill. I would give them 5 stars except they seem to have forgotten how to empty the dog poop can at the dog park. The can was overflowing. The lid wouldn't close because it was too full of stinky bags of poo. It's too bad because everything else here is great. read more

The park has a beautiful view of the river but that's about all it has. The park itself is run down and in need of more professional maintenance. Broken water pipes and sewer problems seem to be a norm. Noise from Costco trucks banging the dock walls early in the mornings is a nuisance. A manager whose a chain smoker and the office smells like an ashtray at times. read more

Our favorite rv park. Always friendly, clean and beautiful. The area is great right along the water. The lots are mostly blacktop and have great hookups. The staff is very helpful. read more

This park is very well maintained, close to everything, and excellent staff who were delightful. Their store had all the things you could need and such cute trailer decorations. They have a dog park but it did not have a place for us to get out of the sun; the sails were not placed right. In 103 degree temps, we needed shade. read more

A very nicely maintained park, comfortable and friendly. They went out of their way to be helpful to our large group. We had a great time enjoying the river and nature. The location is close to everything. We paddled our kayaks and rode the bike path to Asotin. What a blast! read more

Premier RV Resort - RV Parks Near Me - Clarkston, Washington

Oh terrible place. We have 4 adults and 1 6 year old, a 2 year old and a newborn and 6 dogs. Our town is on fire in multiple spots our house had to be evacuated, 1 of the adults in our party is pregnant with asthma. We were trying to beat the smoke for our babies and our pregnant family member and this place wouldn't accommodate. We were jusg looking for 2 nights, they said they couldn't lose the money for nightly stays on someone who might stay a week or longer (we never said we were staying that long we all have jobs here in spokane) just cant believe with these huge wild fires that have burned 185+ structures and house they wouldn't let us bring this many adults and dogs for 2 nights. What a horrible company. read more

We had a fantastic experience at this premier RV campground. Bathrooms were spotless. Grounds great, our site had a river view. Our neighbors were friendly. The staff were great very knowledgeable. As the salmon were running we hired a guide and caught 3. read more

This place is very nice. If you have the opportunity to book a riverfront site, take it! Very clean sites, friendly staff, great location, and adjacent to a nice bike path along the river that goes all the way to the town of Asotin. We really enjoyed this peaceful retreat and you'd never know you are within walking distance to Costco and Walmart, which came in handy during our stay. read more

Premier RV Resort - Kickin' back and enjoying the view from our riverfront site. - RV Parks Near Me - Clarkston, Washington

We were impressed as soon as we opened the door to the cottage. Super clean, no smells, and fully equipped. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Could not have asked for better. We were just checking this out for booking this spring or summer, as we just purchased a Class A. Did not want to drive it to Idaho this time of the year as we have friends in Lewiston. So we got the cottage with our dog. It was like a small hotel room but better. We plan on returning in Spring and looking forward to our longer stay of 1 to 2 weeks. Quiet, and beautiful. read more

We just returned home from a 6,594 mile RV trip and we have concluded Premier RV Resort, Clarkston, WA, was the nicest park we stayed in. The setting on the Snake River is perfect. Do not be afraid to back in because a lot of the back-in sites back right up to the river and only a few yards away is a well planned cement walk along the river. The bathrooms are as nice as you'd find in anyone's up scale home. Tile showers, granite counters. CLEAN! the grounds were immaculate. Costco just a hop skip and jump away as well as the handy Cannabis stores. Grab a sloppy burger at the 410-Drive-n down the street and sit along the river and enjoy.... I'd go there again, and I live 2-states away. Oh, and the laundry room is just as nice. read more

Very clean park with friendly staff. Nice walking path and park very close. Very and tight RV sights maybe 20' between RVs. Park is behind Costco by loading docks so you hear trucks all night long. The smell from the lumber mill is the most disgusting thing I have ever smelled and you smell ever night. NO CAMP FIRES AT SIGHT! The worst WIFI ever. When state parks have better WIFI that's a problem. WIFI so bad I could not even stay logged onto Amazon long enough to place a order. Laundry room, 2 small loads of laundry wash and dry $8.00 Plenty of other RVs parks to stay at. read more

Very accessible and tucked in behind Costco. Green grass, reasonable sized slots. Very nice facilities. Excellent customer service!!

This was a great rv park, loved being by the river, sweet little beach, a huge dog park, wonderful walking paths, community fire pits, super clean and organized, nice trees for shade... and super friendly too...wish we could have stayed longer! highly recommend it... read more

We have been here a little over two months now and feel very fortunate that we were able to get a long-term spot in this RV park. Apparently it is a very popular place to be and with good reason. The location is awesome. The park is beautiful and very well maintained. All of the staff here are very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. You will definitely not be disappointed if you choose to stay at this beautiful RV park. read more

What a beautiful, well maintained place to stay! Everything was top notch. Clean, manicured, well taken care of. We were beyond happy we booked with Premier RV Resort. This place is GREAT!! The river and boats were so enjoyable. A long walking path along the river is very nice. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. As all the "Premiere RV Resort Sites" we've been to, the bathrooms are clean and neat. The gift shops are fun. We highly recommend staying here, and becoming a member for free. We couldn't be happier. read more

FANTASTIC RV park. Green grass. Very clean. Nice gift shop. Within walking distance to multiple stores such as Costco, Dollar Store, frozen yogurt, Albertsons, Starbucks, McDonalds, soon to be Walgreens + a Walmart. Also a brewery & winery. The full day & 1/2 day Hells Canyon jet boat tours start & end a very short stroll away. Operators of this resort very friendly. A free morning newspaper delivered to your RV door which is a very nice unique touch.. Fish jumping. Cruise Ship sailing by - all in your front yard. Request water front site. A bit more but so worth it. Some have not only Snake River but Clearwater & bridge views. The back sites really pretty congested & crowded. Also 2 small rustic swim/beach areas next to HUGE blacktopped scenic walking trail along RV park. A winner! read more

Paved roads, very quiet for sleeping, great scenery, super nice staff and the reason for 4 stars is that the sites were not level. With a 5 star park one would think the sites would be level, otherwise the park is very well kept and clean. We traveled in a 5th wheel in a back-in site towards the river. read more

Just wanted to write a review and give big kuddos to the office staff and park management. We have stayed here for two years now and can't say enough about how hospitable and nice their office staff is. This year we were traveling with another couple who had truck problems. We couldn't get the parts we needed and we had to stay another day. The office staff went out of there way to move things around and allow us to stay another day. That's the kind of service and helpfulness that brings people back year after year. We hope to come back next year also. The park is always super clean and nice. Awesome place to stay!!! read more

We drove from San Francisco to Lewiston Idaho and stayed across the river in this resort trailer park. reservations were made in advance, they were very accomodating. With a back in site right near the water, with all connections, you could not ask for a nicer place to stay. There is a super clean restroom with showers, super clean laundry with washers and dryers. (also on the counter is a book with all the restaurant menus of places in the area on both sides of the state line.). everything was nice, the other people staying there were friendly, you can walk to Costco, Albertsons and a little further over to Walmart. This resort is in Clarkston, Wa. across the river from Lewiston Idaho. we were booked for 4 nights but asked if we could stay another night. A number of other campers were there for the season. This is a good place and a business that has 5 total trailer park resorts. If you go to their website you will see the other locations, one in Redding California, and the other 3 in Oregon. again this is a great place, no complaints and we would gladly stay here again. read more
