Having read the previous review, we were hesitant to stop in here, but desperate enough to do it anyway. I was meeting an old Navy buddy I hadn't seen in 47 years.
We pulled in, headed to the office, and found the three folks waiting to check us in like we were long-lost friends. Unlike the other review, these folks were cheerful, friendly, and had a sense of humor. We were quickly assigned a spot and settled in.
Probably 90% of the RV's in here are permanent residents, and the spots left open for 'drifters' like us are near the front of the park. You get some street noise, but not so much as to make it annoying.
The park is clean and neat. While we didn't use their bathrooms, our friends did, and said they were clean and nice.
Most sites have at least a small grass patch and they are watered and maintained well. This is not a fancy schmancy RV Resort with tons of luxury amenities, but it IS a clean, relatively quiet, safe place to duck in for a night (or two) and replenish your rig. Both Costco and a Super Walmart are close by.
Overall, it's a nice place to get off the road. read more
