Overall, I had a good experience with MCA Tree Services. The work itself was good, but there were…read moresome communication issues that kept the experience from being perfect. The biggest issue was scheduling. They couldn't provide an exact arrival time and only said they would be there in the early afternoon, but they ended up arriving later than expected. It would have been helpful to have a more specific time window or better communication if the schedule changed. There was also some confusion about the scope of the work. I had sent pictures beforehand, but they weren't aware that I wanted the entire tree removed as well as an additional stump taken out. Thankfully, this was something that could be discussed and addressed. Overall, I'm happy with the service and appreciate the work they did. With better communication, scheduling, and confirmation of the requested work beforehand, this easily could have been a 5-star experience.

The next few cuts brought huge limbs swinging into my house and damaging my new roof. I stopped the work and asked Fernando what we were going to do about all this damage. After seeing his poor workmanship halfway into the day, I thought hiring him to do roofing work would be a very bad idea.
