It was some edging and planting plants in planters. I hired them for my new home around the October time frame to fix my backyard sprinklers and new sod. Luis said to get the more expensive sod to prevent the dogs from staining. I took his recommendation. He stated he would replace and repair ALL waterline, and then remove and replace the sod. I even boarded my dogs just in case for 2 weeks! He did NOT fix the water/sprinklers and All the new sod died almost immediately. The area that was peed on turned yellow immediately, not his fault but it was Luis who said buy the more expensive stuff to prevent this. The other areas just died by themselves. Probably because the water wasn't fixed right. I have no idea but that was a loss of 2k in a month! This was the more expensive St. Augustin sod. I have reached out to him now over 8 times. He text me back once, stating I should call the grass company myself. He did actually tell me on one other occasion he would come back to look and NEVER SHOWED UP. I stated to him very clearly that i was not looking to get something for free but full expected after paying $2,000 for him to rectify the issue. I at least thought he'd offer to fix the sprinklers and re-plant the sod at a discount. He did NOTHING. I still cannot reach him. I am presently in the process of filing a claim with the contractors state licensing board or against his bond.

Norbert messaged me right away letting me know Rudy would be calling me. Sure enough, Rudy called me within an hour and was over same day to provide me the estimate. Rudy spent a lot of time with me letting me know what was possible on our steep slope and listening to all my concerns. He quoted me a great price for all the work and put the agreement in writing via text. Rudy and his team came back to following week to do the job and left everything ever better than I expected. They cleaned the hillside (steep slope), trimmed all my overgrown trees, fixed our sprinklers and did an amazing job cleaning everything up. I have never had a landscape company clean up as well as they did. I will definitely be calling them for my next landscape job which will include adding more plants to the hillside.
